We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the windsurf center, which made everything super convenient. The highlight has to be the view from the balcony: absolutely stunning, with a full, uninterrupted panorama of the entire beach line. Truly breathtaking! The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated — stylish and comfortable without feeling cluttered. The large pool was another great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of activity. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and very forthcoming with helpful tips about the region. It made our stay even more enjoyable and easy to settle in. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. We’d definitely love to return!

Thanks to Elvira for her kindness, hospitality and little piece of heaven. exceptional location on a small black sandy beach, very quiet. It is a small quiet village away from the hustle and bustle and tourists. for people looking for authenticity. Supermarket a few kilometers away. You have to have a vehicle to get around the island. we recommend this place without a second thought. we would love to come back to recharge. certainly one of the last beaches without a horde of tourists. There is a very good restaurant on the beach.

Perfect apartment for what we paid, exceptionally clean, nice private little garden, perfect location. This apartment had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. If I was to be picky, I would say it could do with some blinds/curtains in the kitchen and dining area, it’s quite overlooked but not necessary in a bad way, it’s just that the curtains would offer more privacy should you want it, although this wouldn’t put me off returning. Overall nothing to complain about from us, we had a very enjoyable break. Ellin was very responsive and a really friendly/accommodating host. Would recommend and we would certainly return. This apartment is excellent value, probably as it is not right next to the beach but it was fine for us. It is close to some good restaurants and sunset views in the evenings. El Cotillo is walking distance from the apartment. We had a car to get to the beach but you can walk (1-2 miles) to 2 very nice beaches that are safe swim in. The only issue we had were the neighbours were loud but they were probably on holiday too! Tini gave us some very good recommendations.

Valentino and Ervin were extremely personable and reacted very quickly and helpfully to any questions we posed. One of them was there to greet us and show us to the apartment on arrival.

We had an exotic stay in this atypical accommodation in Yaiza! The house is very clean and well maintained, the view is absolutely beautiful and the place is very quiet. We enjoyed the tranquility and serenity of the place, perfect for unwinding. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful haven in Yaiza. Everything was perfect

Very stylish spacey spanish house, located away from nighbourhood, perfect for big family. Fully equiped kitchen, wash room with dryer, infant room next to bedroom and massive bathroom. Big swimming pool with BBQ area, private parking. 8 min walk to the Dino supermarket and caffee shop. Mountains view from pool area. Quiet place. Equipment look like just been purchased. It is probably hard to find a better location for an AirBnb / apartment to rent in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The location is indeed very central - 10 minutes by car to the airport in Lanzarote, and in just a few minutes walking distance you will find a lot of restaurants, cafes, stores, pharmacies, beaches and everything else you may need! In addition to that, the apartement has just everything you can imagine for your planned vacation, was extremely clean and convenient. Last, but not least - Margarita is very kind and helpful and provides a great service as a host. Just a small example - because of our flights we had to check in after midnight and of course, flexible check-in was possible, but not only that - Margarita stayed awake until we were all settled and chatted with us to check if all is well. 100 % recommend!

It’s truly a great apartment! we stayed there last year, loved it and came back. The terrace is just amazing. Sara and Gino are amazing hosts and super responsive. totally recommended and we would definitely go back again!

Thank you for the apartment provided for our vacation. We were pleased that the house is located in a quiet and clean area. We felt like home. The swimming pool is in front of the house, grocery stores are 5-10 minutes away, and the beach is 15 minutes away. The bus station is 5 minutes away. Thank you very much!!!

Loved my stay it was easy to get to not far from the city very clean. Yolanda was very helpful and good at communication.
