The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches.
