Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

The balcony is covered and glazed towards the north side as a windbreak. The best part is the fantastic panoramic ocean view! A private and independent garden on the ground floor is also included: That's what a perfect vacation is like! All this less than 50 meters from the beach!

Villa MINEA II Private Pool

Reduced prices are available in May and June due to possible daytime renovation work in a neighboring villa. Occasional noise may occur. The discounted rate is already reflected in the price. Very bright and cozy house, located in the south of Fuerteventura, with spectacular views of the sea, palm groves and volcanoes. It has various landscaped spaces with native plants, which are oriented to the different moments of maximum sunlight, and protection from the wind. It has a solarium terrace with a panoramic view, sky and stars at night. Silent and calm area, a few meters from La Playa del Viejo Rey, the best on the island for surfing and admiring its sunsets.

The apartment has all kinds of comforts and if you need anything, I will be happy to assist you and help you, even with all the necessary information to enjoy all this wonderful island, if you decide to go out and explore. The patio is shared with me and , three charming and affectionate cats. Also Kira, Labrador mix will welcome you.
