Se encuentra en una parcela de 500m2. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de 2x2. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de 0,80x2, convertible en cama doble de 1,60x2. Tiene grandes cristaleras con acceso a su amplia terraza y piscina, tiene una gran luminosidad durante todo el día. The fantastic completely newly renovated Casa Alfonso is located directly on the golden sandy beach of Costa Calma in the private and very well maintained complex Palmeras Playa. Two people can spend their unforgettable holiday here on two floors. For your safety, 2 networked smoke and carbon monoxide sensors have been installed. A large selection of restaurants & cafes, two supermarkets, bakers and other shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.
