This bungalow is located 200m from the beautiful sandy beaches of Costa Calma. Located in the south of Fuerteventura, surrounded by palm trees. In a beautiful complex with a communal swimming pool. Sofia23 has a open space kitchen with a living room, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 bedroom and a safety deposit box available. View at the Atlantic ocean from the terrace. Free public parking is possible on the streets around the apartment. Many restaurants near, 2 supermarkets and 1 pharmacy.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

This glass house, designed and created by the proprietors, aims to lessen the barrier between structure and nature. Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. The balcony is covered and glazed towards the north side as a windbreak. The best part is the fantastic panoramic ocean view! A private and independent garden on the ground floor is also included: That's what a perfect vacation is like! All this less than 50 meters from the beach!

Beyond everything... Relax

Studio with a high bed from which to see the sea and the horizon, a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, a living room, and a terrace from which to enjoy panoramic views of the sea. It has hammocks, an electric iron, a sink, an outdoor shower, a bathtub... you can cook and eat while enjoying the views. In the afternoons, there is nothing better than relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sunsets and starry nights in the bathtub.

We've created specially cared for spaces for rest and relaxation, also perfect for remote working. A starting point for discovering different enclaves of Fuerteventura. Located in the Playa Paraiso development, next to the "Jandía Natural Park". 2 km from downtown Costa Calma, we have all amenities.

Beautiful authentic finca in the quiet village of La Pared. This finca is the perfect place to stay for those who want to spend their vacation in a quiet and authentic way. The finca offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The spacious and wind-protected terrace invites you to relax, read a book or simply enjoy the sun. La Pared is just a few minutes by car from the larger town of Costa Calma, which is why we highly recommend a rental car.

A few minutes walk to Sotavento Beach, one of Europe's best beaches, and Jandía Natural Park.
