Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Casajable, private pool between ocean and volcanos

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Casa Alfonso

The fantastic completely newly renovated Casa Alfonso is located directly on the golden sandy beach of Costa Calma in the private and very well maintained complex Palmeras Playa. Two people can spend their unforgettable holiday here on two floors. For your safety, 2 networked smoke and carbon monoxide sensors have been installed. A large selection of restaurants & cafes, two supermarkets, bakers and other shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

Calma Beach House - Panoramic Ocean View

The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. The balcony is covered and glazed towards the north side as a windbreak. The best part is the fantastic panoramic ocean view! A private and independent garden on the ground floor is also included: That's what a perfect vacation is like! All this less than 50 meters from the beach!

Villa MINEA II Private Pool

Reduced prices are available in May and June due to possible daytime renovation work in a neighboring villa. Occasional noise may occur. The discounted rate is already reflected in the price. Ground floor holiday apartment located 7 minutes' walk from the beach. It is located a few metres from several shops, a supermarket and a café. As can be seen in the photographs, the apartment is designed for four people to relax and enjoy an ideal holiday. It consists of a master bedroom with a wardrobe, a living room with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, a communal swimming pool and a large terrace for enjoying pleasant dinners or breakfasts.
