The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Small detached guest cottage (no kitchen) with a private entrance, queen bed /full bath/TV, and a small area with coffee/tea/fridge/microwave/toaster-oven and wifi. We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.

Located only a few minutes away from San Rafael downtown, where there is an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It is also walking distance from Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Guesthouse comes equipped with a queen sized bed (Saatva luxury mattress), pull out sofa, and a kitchenette. Beautiful oasis. 40 mins from wine country and 25 mins from SF.

The outdoor patio area is just for guests and is a great spot to sit in the evenings. Although we recommend a car - we are close to bus and ferry routes to San Francisco. Perfectly situated for hiking, mountain biking or trips to Napa Valley. Strictly no pets because of host’s allergies. There are stairs from street to the entrance.

Jeffrey’s place was absolutely beautiful, and even better than expected. If anything, the pictures don’t do it justice. Check-in was super easy, everything was clean and comfortable, and our hosts were beyond kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Ottoline’s place was safe, comfortable, peaceful, and clean. It was perfect for our weekend in the area. Otto was very helpful and responsive, and the place itself had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and kitchen was great to make food from the Whole Foods nearby. I would highly recommend.

I loved the cottage. Fireplace in the bedroom was definitely a plus. The Mill Valley location was great and the surroundings outside the cottage were beautiful. Lots of updates in the cottage. Good food and shopping nearby. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Carolyn’s place really does sit in the trees. You awake to the birds. It’s a darling “nest” and nicely appointed.

We had a wonderful stay in San Rafael! There were some Wi-Fi issues and Kelly went above and beyond to get them resolved. We were happy to see the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you could need, and we were super grateful for the high chair and pack & play provided for our 1 year old. Kelly was very friendly and responsive. We did go through the wrong gate initially when we were checking in but figured out quickly that the space is attached to the carport. Thank you Kelly!

This is a great place for a couples getaway up in the hills of Mill Valley. Nancy is very responsive and takes good care of her guests. The kitchen is modern and practical, there's a nicely tiled bathroom with a bidet, deep Jacuzzi tub and shower. The bed is comfy and there's a nice little simulated fireplace next to it. Every room has glass doors with a view out to the bay. Highly recommended!
