Joli T1 de 35 m2 entièrement indépendant en rez de villa situé à Corté Centre Corse. Avec cuisine équipée, salle d'eau, wifi, télé, une agréable terrasse très ensoleillée et vue imprenable sur les montagnes, parking, barbecue. Il y aura sans problème la possibilité de rajouter un lit pliant en 90 pour une troisième personne ou lit parapluie pou BB (voir photo). A 8 mn à pied du centre ville, et non loin des vallées de la Restonica et du Tavignanu, à 45mn de la plage la plus proche d'île rousse.

L'appartement se situe au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison en plein centre du village qui dispose de toutes les commodités : restaurant, épicerie, tabac, pharmacie, glacier, piscine municipale, ainsi que la gare. A quelques kilomètres se trouve la rivière, plusieurs départ de randonnées, accrobranche, canoë kayak,... Et la mer a seulement 30 min !

Demeure de charme en pierre (65m2 )entièrement construite par le propriétaire respectueuse de l'environnement entre mer, montagne et piscine (classement 5 étoiles ). A 5 mn des fameuses Gorges de l'Asco, rivière, cascades . A 25 mn des plus belles plages de Balagne, Ostriconi, Lozari. Dans un site préservé, au calme absolu avec une vue superbe .Ce logement est parfait pour une escapade en amoureux avec un accès privatif à la piscine à débordement des propriétaires. Internet fibre.

Cet appartement refait à neuf en février 2023 est idéalement situé à la fois proche de tous les commerces et commodités, tout en étant dans une artère calme du centre ville ainsi que de tous les départs de randonnées. Vallée de la Restonica, Vallée du Tavignanu…. A deux pas de la vieille ville où se trouvent le musée, la citadelle… Tout peut se faire à pied. Corte grâce à sa position centrale, est à plus ou moins 1h de Bastia ou d’Ajaccio. A 45 minutes des premières plages de la Balagne.
