Appartamento arredato con mobili d'epoca, fornito di tutto il necessario. Piccolo e accogliente, curato nei minimi particolari, perfetto come base per esplorare la citta'. Da qui infatti si possono raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti i principali monumenti: Duomo, Rocca Albornoziana e Museo del Ducato, Ponte delle Torri. L' alloggio è adatto a coppie e solitari.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per la nostra breve gita in Umbria. Con i fantastici host Paola e Romeo ci siamo sentiti accolti come da due vecchi amici, sono persone gentilissime e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sui posti più belli da visitare in zona! L’appartamento è molto pulito e ha una posizione strategica: è a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Spoleto ma si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Il grande giardino è stato molto apprezzato dalla nostra cagnolina! 🐶

Fabio met us to let us in and give initial instructions. There was a special event in the nearest parking lot, but we were able to unload briefly there, and after unloading there was a free parking lot a few hundred meters away with plenty of parking. The apartment was in the entry piazza at the low end of town, on the main walking path up to the city center, but also within easy walking distance of the scali mobili (escalators) to take you up to the town center. The apartment felt very homey, and comfortable. It was quiet at night for sleeping. We would definitely stay there again!

A modern bathroom is featured, showcasing a round, dark ceramic sink above a light countertop. A minimalistic black soap dispenser sits beside a decorative container labeled 'BATH.' Below, woven baskets provide additional storage, and a well-organized drawer maintains a tidy appearance.

O local é um charme. A casa é linda, diferente e os afrescos são muito especiais . A decoração remete à diversas naturezas de arte. Sentimo-nos mto acolhidos. Voltaríamos com certeza. A cidade fica muito bem localizada e próxima de lugares turísticos e para peregrinação.

La graziosa dependance di Roberta ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e ha reso il nostro soggiorno più che confortevole. Roberta ci ha accolti due ore prima del previsto e, come fossimo persone di famiglia, ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta di mele e una bottiglia di spumante per l’occasione del compleanno del mio compagno, di cui l’avevo messa al corrente al momento della prenotazione. Come se non bastasse, il frigo era pieno di yogurt di ogni tipo, latte e succo di frutta. In cucina c’erano molteplici varietà di tè, caffè sia in polvere che in cialda, biscotti e brioches, fette biscottate, varie tipologie di confetture. Roberta è stata carina, gentile, disponibile, affabile e il suo b&b la rispecchia appieno. Letto comodissimo, asciugamani profumatissimi, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon di una discreta potenza. Insomma, il luogo perfetto in cui alloggiare per visitare comodamente Spoleto e dintorni ma soprattutto per godersi del sano relax in una tenuta immersa nella natura.
