Really nice place and right across from Imperial Beach and the pier. Everything you need to enjoy the beach. Great setup and easy to get in/out by car to more distant SD-area attractions.

We had a fabulous time at Anissa’s place. The apartment was perfectly located with an amazing view of the ocean from the living room. The restaurants are within 15-20 min walking distance and we liked the fact that the windansea area is more residential and less touristy. The apartment does require blinds to be used for privacy as it is right on the road within eye level and these need some repair.

We thoroughly enjoyed or stay! The extra attention to detail was amazing. From the coffee provided, the helpful “cheat sheets” in each room giving important information, to the makeup remover wipes in the bathrooms, this home was welcoming from the get go! Felipe and Ana were very attentive when we asked questions and gave great tips about yummy places to eat in the neighborhood. The rooms were very comfortable and the size of the unit was very spacious. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice people and its a really cute place. It was well worth it. My only issue was the air quality of the location. But that is no fault of theirs and this place is really cool on its own. It was literally everything I was hoping for. I felt safe, it was a beautiful location and classical Mexican decor. I have stayed a few different places near Rosarito and this place was especially charming. Amenities were great, huge tv was comfy couch. Super cute fire place and lots of wood and tile. It was adorable

Clean place and just like the pictures. Just note set of stairs when you walk into the unit as well, if you have a lot of bags to carry. Place felt like an actual home instead of “airbnb” feel, which was great. Lots of natural lighting and comfortable bed/pillows :)

Perfect location right on mission beach, and we loved the close vicinity to our favorite restaurants! It also came with sand toys & amenities for our toddler which was a huge plus. Only thing that could have made the stay any better is a broom to use, as the sand does start to accumulate after many days at the beach. Overall though, 10/10!

Beautiful location, easily accessible, gated community, felt rite at home. Looks just like pictures even better. Will definitely rebook when in town and if you’re big on reviews like me they speak for itself. Do yourself a favor and book now.

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. This was my 1st time visiting the Chula Vista area in California. It was an amazing trip. Andreina was a great host and very responsive. The condo was roomy, clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. My family an I will visit again.

We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

Excellent place to stay! What a great location and view! Gorgeous. Walkable to so many wonderful places. Great food, beaches, stores, beach boardwalk and more. A close drive to the Zoo, La Jolla and beautiful parks. Not too far from the airport. The place was very clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Perfectly located on a quiet street with convenient access to the highways and a gorgeous view of a nearby beach. The condo was exactly as described, spacious, clean, fully equipped and the parking garage was an added plus. We were in town for a wedding and did not have a chance to use the pool area but it was an absolute joy to see the ocean each morning from the balcony. It was a great stay and we hope to return!
