"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

On the ground floor there is the bathroom and the living room, with kitchenette. Through the stairs you reach the bedroom, with a large closet and a comfortable double bed. From the bedroom you can see San Giuliano with its mountains.
