A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

An entire terraced house in a quiet residential area yet only 1.6 kilometres (1 mile !) uphill (sometimes steep !!) from the city centre (and all its attractions !). The 207 and 208 buses run frequently to and from downtown to a bus stop near the house - a 3 minute walk away (160 metres). Taxis are €6 - €10. The main bedroom has a double (queen) bed. It is an ocean front property directly on the sea, looking at the Bere Island Lighthouse, very quite and private within walking distance to Castletownbere. It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.
