We had an amazing stay and the place looked exactly like the photos. Had most of the amenities we needed for our short stay! We walked to a lot of places in Brickell, as they were so close to the apartment, and the best thing is that the building was very quiet and private to rest in between. Assigned parking spot is on 8th floor which takes a bit of time whenever you are getting in/out. Apartment is a bit dated but the location and the view are unbeatable though!

Outstanding place and one of my favorite locations in Brickell. Staff is very attentive and responsive, the apartment is beautiful with an amazing view. Also, very clean! The building offers incredible amenities for guest and you can't beat this location. Thank you! 10/10 cheers!

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

Diana’s place it’s an awesome stay! We had a lot of fun and the loft was just what we needed for a stay in the city!

Th Airbnb was amazing. It was just like the pictures. The view from the place was amazing and everything is very accessible. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. Will definitely be booking again!!!

Ed y Elena nos atendieron muy bien. El apartamento es una chulada, justo delante de la torre Panorama, la más alta de Miami, y de un paseo marítimo frente a Biscayne Bay. Terraza genial, cocina equipada, y un Whole Foods muy cerca. Lavadora y secadora y circulaciones y layout del apartamento perfectos. Volveremos pronto!.

La estancia fue excepcional. Excelente localización y accesible, El apartamento sumamente cómodo, limpio y con todo lo que necesitas. Yuri sumamente amable y responsiva. Definitivamente un lugar para regresar.

Thank you very much for hosting us. We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything from the service to the location was top notch. The unit was as advertised and Aljosha couldn’t be nicer. When I return, I hope to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

WOW BEST host ever! 1000 Stars! Anna was super friendly and helpful to us even before booking. On short notice after we booked last minute due to unexpected circumstances, she drove all the way from her home to take care of us and ensure we had no issues during check in. She personally escorted my family member to the parking garage and all the way up to the room when my family member was scared to walk alone, even though Anna herself had an appointment she had to get to! Wow amazing & kind service! She checked in on us multiple during the stay and reassured us if we had any questions to reach out. She responded instantly to ALL our questions. She was also super nice and friendly and made us feel so welcome! The condo is absolutely stunning and pristine, we stayed in Miami for a weekend to choose my wedding dress and I would LOVE to stay again! We will be back! LOVED this fabulous host! She’s super amazing and so is the gorgeous condo!

MA-GNI-FIQUE! Appartement superbe au 41eme étage, la vue sur la baie est époustouflante et nous happe avant même de rentrer dans l’appartement. L’appartement est fonctionnel, très bien décoré avec goût, très bien équipé, et Juan et Sucry prévoient tout pour que nous y soyons bien. La terrasse peut être un peu bruyante mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé Accès à 2 piscines et 1 jacuzzi hyper facile. Un grand merci vous 2, nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez vous. À bientôt!

Lugar soñado. Solo con entrar al apartamento y encontrarse de frente con el mar desde un piso 39 es inigualable y alucinante. Las camas de las 3 habitaciones son espectaculares!!! La piscina del resort es SUPER y el anfitrión Mike es muy atento y diligente, responde de inmediato cada consulta. Recomiendo no perderse este alojamiento que, si bien no entra en la categoría económico si les aseguro que haciendo un esfuerzo pasarán días inolvidables en este fabuloso ático!!! Tivemos uma ótima estadia na casa do Joey. Casa bonita, confortável, espaçosa! Pedimos cadeiras de praia e guarda sol e foi providenciado, sendo entregues por um brasileiro, o que facilitou mais a nossa comunicação. Limparam e encheram a jacuzzi para nosso uso. Dúvidas durante a estadia foram esclarecidas rapidamente pelo anfitrião! Escolhemos pela localização que atendia mais facilmente os pontos que visitaríamos, pois em Miami não tem como ficar perto de tudo, então essa localização facilitou para visitarmos Miami Beach, wynwood, hard rock stadium. Ponto a melhorar: as panelas e utensílios para cozinhar estão muito velhos, necessita renovação. E poderia ter uma air fryer para facilitar mais o preparo dos alimentos Observação: Os colchões eram muito macios, eu prefiro mais firmes, mas isso é apenas preferência pessoal. Numa nova visita a Miami em grupo, certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar nessa casa! Recomendo a casa para famílias.

had a great stay at Duncan’s - the house felt so cozy & had everything we needed and Duncan was responsive when we needed to find extra household items. The house was clean, beds were comfortable & it was roomy for all of us. Backyard is so cute too!

The villa was beautiful! Great hosts, answered questions quickly. Lots of amenities & welcome note and gift. Something for everyone. Very clean, beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a great time at the villa & had everything we needed. I’d definitely stay again if we ever come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very nice and comfortable …we truly felt like we were at home. The private backyard and pool area were beautiful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Nissim was a very kind and helpful host who made everything easy. Highly recommended!

Ali’s home was very accurate to photos, home does need a very good deep cleaning. We booked to stay close to an event we had so we had to cook but we realized we about had a shelf in the fridge which was a bit inconvenient for us. All kitchen appliances were in need of a deep cleaning as well. Ali’s communication was great, nobody bothered us during the stay and everything was up to date! Will stay here again.

Large, clean space that was as described. Easy access to several restaurants and the beach. Significantly cheaper than booking through Hotel 1. Will book again if I’m going to Miami.
