Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

This was a beautiful place to visit and the host was very helpful during my entire stay. The only problem was it was hard getting up to the pent house without a key when first arriving. My stay over all was a 10/10. Will definitely rent again.

We had a reall great stay! The apartment is really spacious and contains everything you need. Although it is located in downtown it is really calm. The host is always available and helped us with every issue. We will definetely come back another time.

I thoroughly appreciated my one-week stay at Tyler's Airbnb. From the outset, Tyler exhibited exceptional professionalism. The entire process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was seamless. The staff at the penthouse were professional and helpful, the penthouse itself boasts a stunning view from the 42nd floor, and the premises were immaculately cleaned with basic necessities stocked, in a safe location. With local restaurants and a CVS on the same block, Based on the outstanding service, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again or at any of Tyler's other Airbnb properties. You will not regret it.

This place is exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful sea views. Very walkable and quiet. Lots to do around. Juan was very responsive throughout our stay. He even accommodated our request for early check-in. Building is very well secured. Kitchen was well equipped with vessels. Was a very pleasant stay overall! Would stay again! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the penthouse is just as described in the images, was very clean and the hosts were very responsive, and had good communication. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s right in the middle of the city with a lot of things to do, whenever I come to miami I always stay in Brickell for that reason and this airbnb is in the perfect spot.

The photos don’t do this place justice! Views are better than expected and the space in general feels a bit bigger than the photos. The host is responsive and was always trying to help when possible. Thanks for having us!

Our stay in Miami was lovely. Everything looks exactly like on pictures, kitchen is fully equipped, there was a lot of space and 3 bathrooms that were more than enough. The place is located about 20-30 min by car from the most popular attractions in Miami. I would highly recommend the house for the groups of 10, it's very comfortable and affordable.

Dreamed Lugar. Just entering the apartment and facing the sea from a 39th floor is unparalleled and mind-blowing. The beds in the 3 rooms are spectacular!!! The resort pool is SUPER and host Mike is very attentive and diligent, he responds immediately to every query. I recommend not to miss this place that, although it does not fall into the economic category if I assure you that making an effort you will spend unforgettable days in this fabulous penthouse!!! First impressions. So close to the airport! I didn't have to drive far after a long flight. The chexkn8n was easy, and the front of the home is gorgeous. the landscaping is well thought out, and very modern. The house was well lit, and smelled heavenly when I walked in. Very clean. all of the amenities are sleek and clean. The bed in the primary suite is incredibly comfortable, and had interesting decor, artful! My stay was wonderful on every level. even though the houses were close to each other it felt very private. the outdoor space is well maintained. Don't hesitate to book this place if you are visiting the area, it was worth it.

We booked this Airbnb last minute, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Communication was timely and clear, which made the process smooth. The home was very clean and spacious—plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and feel comfortable. The location is close to the airport, yet very quiet—we didn’t hear any airplane noise at all. We did have a minor issue with the newly installed keypad upon arrival, but the host was just a quick phone call away and helped us get in right away. There’s also a spare key accessible via a lockbox as a backup, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

had a great stay at Duncan’s - the house felt so cozy & had everything we needed and Duncan was responsive when we needed to find extra household items. The house was clean, beds were comfortable & it was roomy for all of us. Backyard is so cute too!
