The bed was exceptionally comfortable and i love a walkin shower/wet room. You were right about how hot it gets upstairs and I found putting the screen across the front in the morning. We know the area well and stay often, but it was nice to stay at an Air BnB for a change. We needed somewhere safe to park our motorbike and it was nicely tucked away. Had the best sleep we've had in ages and would totally recommend the fab little basement flat.

Exactly as described. Set up with everything needed for a self catering stay. Central location to shops and beach. The flat decor is a little tired but was clean and comfortable.

The TV has Netflix and prime logged on as a bonus which I found a very kind gesture. Hot water and heating system is at its best The bed and bedding is comfortable and high quality off fixtures and fittings throughout the house. From hand and bath towels to toilet Rolls to Hand soap this is above expectations that most holiday accommodation offers The combination microwave was fantastic and even down to the automatic no touch bin. It was warm and homely. The garden is very secure and safe for dogs and even a hose pipe to wash down sandy dogs in garden. We will definitely book again. A credit to Andrew the host.

A well loved and super clean cottage in a surprisingly quiet part of Arnside. The garden is a little gem after a long day out in good weather. Thoroughly recommend and friends say I’m pretty fussy.

A stunning place to go for a relaxing break, away from seaside tat - just at one with nature and simple pleasures. The house is very comfortable and we felt at home straight away. It is furnished with quality fixtures and fittings and we found everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Lorraine and Gary were very proactive in helping to make are stay just perfect.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. I slept so well as the beds were really comfy and it was a quiet area. Hosts were really kind and responsive to messages when we had a query. Highly recommend for a quiet coastal break.

This property is absolutely perfect for group gatherings. We all had plenty of personal/ shared space. The whole house was spotless and well equipped. We were especially impressed with the kitchen, which had everything you might need. The local town is great, and it was useful to have a food shop just a short walk away. We loved the access to the beach and how easy it was to get to the gorgeous lakes from the house. Thank you so much Denise for this wonderful place, and for being so responsive and helpful.

we had a lovely 4 nights in the Thomas Gray House. Such beautiful settings. we took some of the recommended pubs and restaurants and were not disappointed. the house did feel very cosy and a home from home. we will be visiting this estate again.

The flat was lovely, beautifully kitted out and with some interesting lighting features! There was lots of space inside. We appreciated being able to stay a bit longer before checking out so we could have a planned zoom meeting. Thank you for being accommodating.

As described. Great having a parking bay. We did book very late, but thankfully everything was ready for us. Good location, 10 minute walk to the centre.

A fantastic flat in a great location- 100 yards from the Pleasure Beach and from the Tram stop, which made it so convenient, but in a quiet residential road. We parked our car on the drive (another real plus in Blackpool) and didn’t move it again as we went everywhere via tram. If you buy the Tram tickets on the app it is only £10 for two people for an all day ticket, meaning you can get on and off as often as you want. If we are ever back in Blackpool, we would stay here again. We can definitely recommend it.

This accommodation was fantastic! Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It was easy to find, and communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. We really appreciated that the heating was on when we arrived in the evening—it made the stay feel extra welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was a great base for our one night, and I think it’ll be fine for two to three days too. If there are five staying it could be tight for space in the lounge area, so not the best if you need to spend a lot of time inside, but if it’s just to sleep it’ll be fine.

We spent 2 nights in this apartment while visiting friends in Blackpool. The apartment is fantastic - spacious and well appointed, with the highlight being the living room which has huge windows looking out over the sea which is approximately 500 metres away. The owner sent us detailed instructions before arrival and we were asked to ring him as soon as we arrived, so that he could go through various features of the apartment with us. Overall, the communication was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay in Blackpool.

This was our first Air BnB stay! And what a great firat experiance for us 😃 Perfect location walking distance to everything we needed. The place was spotless. Comfy beds, great shower, it had everything we needed. Great little apartment and the kids had a great time. Great host, easy to find location and great parking instructions 😆 x We will definatley stay again the next time we venture to Blackpool 🙂 x Thank you so much again x
