Our villa is next to Cefalu (about than 15 miles) and even closer to the wondeful beach of Finale di Pollina, at about 6 miles. Yet it is surrounded by the beautiful Nature Reserve of Madonie Mountain with lots of trekking path and great naturalistic areas to be discovered. The closest village is Pollina, a really cute medieval little town with gorgeous views of the valley, at about 1.5 miles where you'll find the basic service. It worth mentioning the village of Castelbuono at about 10 miles.

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.
