There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Our house is on the verge of the countryside, at a 2-minute walk from the quaint market-town of Confolens. You can walk to the shops, the market, or the cinema, or hike along the two rivers or on the neighbouring hill-tops. Plenty to do in Confolens: you can swim, rail-bike, canoe, attend our music festival or discover Charente limousine. If you like old houses, you'll enjoy our home with its spacious rooms. It is a family house, fitted for young children. The garden is fenced and shady.

It has 2 bedrooms, one master with king size bed and dressing room, the other two with 90 cm beds. A separate living room is equipped with a double sofa bed. A terrace with outdoor table, umbrella and barbecue. A dining room, fireplace and equipped kitchen. Bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower.

Small cottage (classified 3 ***), isolated in the countryside, very cool with its 80 cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people in a small quiet village of Limousin. Single-story and adjoining our house, with a fenced garden. From October 1 to May 1, a flat rate of €15/night is required for electric heating, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in time is from 5 p.m. and check-out time is before 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on these schedules. Animals allowed.
