The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Maison des Séquoias – 1-hectare park –

House located in Veyrac, old stone farmhouse at the end of the 19th century. The house sits in a secluded property in a one hectare wooded park, surrounded by woods. -4/5 people - Ground floor: Living room with fireplace and a pellet stove + 1 bathroom and toilet. - First floor: 2 bedrooms. The 1st equipped with a double bed. The second is equipped with a single bed and a double bed. The sheets are provided and the beds are made. Towels are not provided.

Discover the charm of the contemporary and old mix, all in a warm spirit, the first desire in this project was that YOU travelers could settle in comfortably, unwind, work in peace, have a nice time before hitting the road again. Check-in to the listing is scheduled after 2 p.m. and checkout is scheduled for the morning at 11 a.m. at the latest so that cleaning can be done.
