Beachfront vacation rentals in Conde

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to go to the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

Beautiful place, impeccable backyard landscaping, wonderful pool, cinema view, quiet and safe beach. The homemade Ironildo is extremely helpful and polite. We had the privilege of relying on Sandra to help us with the kitchen, which was great too. The house is old but completely functional. Airy, with working air conditioning and everything for a very comfortable stay. In addition to the pool, there is also a canvas slide with a water pump that the children loved. We drink coconut water from the backyard, eat jambo from the backyard and take advantage of the outside area for coexistence and meals.

The Yellow House is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. Leave the room and come across the green sea of Coqueirinho Beach (my favorite of those I visited in Paraíba), in addition to having direct access to the beach through the backyard, is simply amazing. The house is exactly as in the photos and description, comfortably accommodating a large group (16 people), without any problems during the stay. Although the location of the house is not very close to João Pessoa, for us it worked very well, with easy car access to other beaches in the region. There is no market nearby, so a car is of great help. Rodolfo was always very clear in communication and organized everything in an impeccable way for our stay, providing rules and information that were very useful. In short, it was 7 wonderful days, and we left with the urge to come back more often.

I love the place super recommend it to those who want to spend a few days of vacation etc. Place of good access only the local commerce that is a few km but Dboa rapidinho is home is far away,I hope other times great reception the super cool host respond quickly always attentive and always removed my doubts I recommend a splendid place. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Our stay at Diego's flat was wonderful. The place is much better than the pictures! Everything is very clean, organized and brand new. The appliances and utensils work perfectly, besides being well equipped, we don't need to worry about anything, the location is great, close to everything . Diego is very cordial, polite and helpful, he responds quickly. We will definitely return!

The place is the same as the photos, spacious with 3 bathrooms. Chairs were made available for the beach, the shared area is well organized.

Gorete was exceptional from start to finish, I needed to reschedule the date of my stay and she was promptly understanding and made the change! And when the big day arrived, she welcomed us with great affection, for the first time I saw a hostess go to receive the guests, Dona Gorete welcomed us, showed us the entire building, showed us where the utensils were in the apartment and was always very attentive! Not to mention that she always answered me very quickly in the chat to answer my questions both before and during the stay! The place is beautiful, the pool view is wonderful and it is a few meters from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in João Pessoa!

Clean,organized place,with good location, new building.Wifi good,air conditioned of the functional rooms, the one in the living room did not cool much. I liked the bathrooms,very clean. It was very nice that she accepted my animals there, which made the experience complete. Apt great to spend days of rest next to nature. The apt has almost everything you need…if you are cooking, keep in mind to take everything, absolutely everything. Pq had no salt, sugar, oil, nothing to make a noodle. The market that has in the condominium supplies basic necessities for very salty prices. The apartment holds well 3 people, when I stayed the balcony was with the glass curtain unable to fully open, because the previous guest had damaged, but nothing that hindered our view and stay. Glória was very requested and kind, and it was very good to stay in its apartment. A well-structured condominium and the place is beautiful by the sea. Super indico.

The super clean house, very neat, a beautiful and cozy thing, too much even .. me and my family love to spend 5 days in this paradise, not to mention the landscape that is surreal of beautiful . We love and intend to come back more often.

Everything is perfect, we will be back for sure. Just one point of improvement: The beds and mattresses could be better. One double bed was extremely hard and the other made a lot of noise when moving. The extra mattresses could also be improved. Other than that, the rest is impeccable.

Comfortable house for 4 people, all kitchen utensils, land with a nice space, large water tank, great water pressure. Good location if you have a car On foot the beach is a little distant but does not compromise the experience because it is right in the part where there is a beautiful Maceió and great for children. It's worth it!

Very organized apartment, well-equipped kitchen, the pool very clean the educated staff. Beaches are close to the AP. Quiet place😀 Only a little far from the center, but for those with a car, it's not a problem.
