We are not sure where to start....well wait, we do, let's start here----> The view from the home can not be beat anywhere in the world. MAYBE if you have a view of the Great Pyramids you can say that view's better. No Almafi Coast, Eiffel Tower view, Brooklyn Bridge View, View from on top Eze France etc can beat it. STUNNING. From the mountains, nature reserves, beaches, islands, ports, unobstructed the whole way around. You can not pay more money to get a better view anywhere in the world, and if people say you can, they are lying. Ok and just as spectacular was----->Odile's, the host. Months in advance she was responding like we were showing up that day. We had all the reassurance that the stay would go well with her. Hats off to her, I hope her professionalism pays off! Ok, what's next? So much but I think I'm running out of characters to write anymore. Thanks Odile.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The place matches the photos exactly and was actually even more beautiful in real life. The villa is ideal for two families as the rooms are divided into two separate areas. Each area offers two rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, which ensures a lot of privacy. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and the surroundings are very quiet and relaxing. Only suggestion for improvement: Unfortunately, we had two rainy days, and there is no covered outdoor area in bad weather. This should be considered if you want to sit outside even in the rain.

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a real haven of peace. The house is tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean upon arrival, and communication was smooth, warm and very caring. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her whole heart into creating an unforgettable experience for her guests. I recommend this place without a second thought and I sincerely hope to return soon. We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

Beautiful villa, very clean and well appointed. Peaceful setting with great beaches close by and interesting places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, provided great beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave!

Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

The house is very nicely furnished and generously equipped with everything you could ever need. The many seating areas and the quiet little garden behind the house also provide relaxation and privacy, even when the neighboring house is occupied. Marie-Agnès welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us a long list of great tips for restaurants, beaches, swimming spots and excursions. So we were able to spend a wonderful week in Serra-Di-Fiumorbo

We stayed in this fantastic house for a week with 8 adults and 5 children. We have all traveled extensively and rented numerous Airbnb apartments, but the villa in Cala Rossa is by far the most beautiful place we have ever had. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. The location right on the beach is just amazing - you wake up in the morning and look at the sea, have breakfast on the terrace with the same beautiful view and are right on the beach. Our children were overjoyed and could also play wonderfully in the large garden. Hostess Nelly was super nice and helpful and brought us a new one on Easter Sunday 30 minutes after we told her that the coffee machine was broken. The house and kitchen are equipped with everything you need. Each of the four families we were with had their own bathroom. For larger groups with children, the villa is absolutely perfect. We will be happy to come back

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

We stayed with Stephane and his wife in late summer with 12 friends. The two welcomed us very warmly and interested and took a lot of time for the room tour. Even during our stay, they were always available for us and took care of us immediately if we had any questions or needed anything. The property itself has been convincing in all areas. Everything was clean and tidy. The highlight is of course the stunning location overlooking the sea, the heated pool as well as the sunbathing landscape and the stylishly furnished rooms. We had a great time staying with Stéphane and would be happy to come back!

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Great stay in a very nice villa with great pool

The place was just fantastic and the sea views were exceptional. The amenities are of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with slightly cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. We had a great week at Gui and Natali's, who welcomed us as their family! We were able to enjoy the calm of the place while staying close to the magnificent beaches of Porto-Vecchio. At the beginning of June (already very hot), the pool and shaded terrace are real pluses.

Very good stay at this large and beautiful villa! The outside is nice and spacious with heated pool, petanque court... Large, very functional common area at its best! Good location for beaches and hikes Quality performance. I recommend 👍

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has great views, so we could relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Minor problems were solved very quickly by Maud.

We were allowed to be a guest at Ingrid and Jean-Christophe's for a week. It was a wonderful vacation that left nothing to be desired! The two are very friendly and extremely helpful, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! The complex is great for families with children, the private pool is wonderful and the direct sea location is excellent. A highlight is the dog of the two as well as the many lovely cats in the village. A small supermarket is available in the village, the larger one is easily accessible by car. The surrounding wineries and restaurants are also highly recommended!

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. Great place to stay for a young family and Maria was a great host. The villa is super clean and has everything you need and the view from the terrasse is incredible. Maria also provided everything for our one year old (cot, chair, bath) and was very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

Thanks to Alexandra and Jean-Alexis for hosting us, our stay went extremely well. We easily explored the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica by leaving the house every morning. We particularly appreciated the garden which is a peaceful oasis. We enjoyed coming home in the evening to enjoy the outdoors, and we slept extremely well.
