Luis & Beatriz are amazing hosts. The home was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The grounds were AMAZING and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time there and will look forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend this property for those visiting the Terrugem/Sintra area. The Oak Cafe was wonderful for brunch and you must have dinner at least 1 night at Azenhas do Mar, for the food and views as well as Mercado Saloio located in Sintra for the nightly music and delicious food and good service. The spa in Cascais is amazing as well. All recommendations of Luis & Beatriz Other places we found were the Marina and shops in Cascais as well as a wonderful little eatery for brunch/ lunch called Mugs Brunch and Cafe in Pedregal. Amazing views and delicious food. Thanks Luis & Beatriz for making our first trip to Portugal amazing. Looking forward to returning.

The home was perfect for our holiday. The facilities were good and well maintained. The pool was well maintained and the host was very attentive. It was very helpful when the host allowed us to leave our bags early before the check in. There is an Aldi 24 minutes walk away and a Lidl 20 minutes walk away where we could buy all we needed. Travelling into Lisbon was effortless as it was very accessible by taxi. Thank you so much Marcelo for making our stay exceptional and memorable.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the start. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy my trip.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! This is the first Air BnB I have stayed in where the rooms are even nicer than the pics! We stayed here with our adult children for 8 days and absolutely loved it! The property is nicer than some 5 star resorts we have stayed in. The kitchen has anything you could possibly need and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet! Rui and Teresa greeted us upon arrival and were responsive anytime we had questions. There were restaurants within walking distance but also Ubers and Bolts were plentiful and inexpensive. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Rui and Teresa!

What a gorgeous place. Bit off the beaten track so a car that isn’t too low to the ground is a good idea, but the instructions were excellent so no problems getting there. Plenty of space for a large group to holiday together

We had a wonderful time at Jorge’s beautiful villa and would love to stay there again sometime in the future. Jorge was a perfect host and responded to any queries very promptly. We would definitely recommend a stay here to anybody.

Barbara is very charming and welcoming, we enjoyed communicating with her throughout the stay. The accommodation matches the description well: peaceful, quiet and with stunning views of the area. It is also well located for discovering the Serra de Arrábida. We recommend it and will come back without hesitation!

Best place to stay if you are planning to combine beach days with city nights!

Quinta da Bella Vista exceeded expectations. Dinesh, who checked us in, truly set the mood for our elopement with welcoming jazz music, wine, and cheese. The space was much larger than we anticipated, perfect for our pre-wedding prep. We loved it so much, we added an extra day to soak it all in! Aline and Dinesh's hospitality went above and beyond – their responsiveness to our needs made everything seamless. We couldn't resist adding the delicious breakfast each day (highly recommend!), fueling our explorations of the charming town within walking distance. Evenings were spent enjoying deliveries via the Glovo app, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Quinta itself is breathtaking – stunning grounds, incredible views, and beautiful architecture. It couldn't have been a more magical place to celebrate our elopement. Quinta da Bella Vista holds a very special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for anniversaries and any other excuse we can find!

Fantastic villa, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were a group of 8 and teh space was welcome, lovely pool, excellent bedrooms & bathrooms, one for each couple, comms with agents was good & very helful, would recommend this property and glad we stayed in it

The house is really lovely and with a lot of character. It is great for a bigger group to share and the pool area in particular is fantastic. Rooms are all reasonably comfortable and with their own bathrooms. There are minor things that could easily be fixed to make the space feel more luxurious as the price is quite high - couple of broken/wobbly furniture items, some more kitchen utensils / glasses as usually it would be a big group staying, some general comfort supplies, quality of toiletries etc. But these are small things - overall its a very nice space with lots of privacy and a nice location.

I booked the villa for my sister’s hen do and we absolutely loved it! The villa was beautiful and perfect for 10 of us. The location was great because we were close to the beach, and it was easy to order a taxi to the city centre! The host was lovely and checked in with if we needed anything whilst we were there. Would definitely recommend, we had the best time!

Elsa is a great Host, just like her incredible villa. From the booking, through the arrival to our departure, we were accompanied with kindness and benevolence throughout this experience. The house is ideal for hosting a large family, or groups. We had an extraordinary stay, in complete privacy, in this spacious and comfortable place. Raquel and her family were so accommodating with our check-in and so friendly. They gave us great advice on things to do in the area. The house is absolutely spectacular! It is even better than the pictures. The pool area is fantastic and our 3 kids loved it. We had everything we needed and more. The location is great and the local town is beautiful. Overall stay was excellent!! It’s clear that the host pays attention to detail and is committed to her guests enjoyable stay. We did lots of cooking and they even had a garlic press (a good one!!). We absolutely loved our stay here, it’s clear the host had put a lot of time and love into their house which is why it appealed to us. We were a group of 8 best friends who wanted a relaxing holiday, exploring the local beaches, restaurants, sights and enjoying the pool which is exactly what we got, and more! We particularly loved how spacious the house was and being able to make food together and catch up in the outside dining area and on the rooftop balcony. There was an extensive collection of pans/pots/serving bowls etc which was really useful for a big group. We were only a short taxi ride to the beach where we enjoyed spending time at the beach clubs, and it was also a relatively short taxi journey into Lisbon and Almada. We would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this beautiful house. The house is in the middle of a cork tree forest, quiet, green and relaxing. There was plenty for us to do at the house, with the pool, bikes and several spots to relax and for the kids to play indoors and out. The kitchen was large enough and well-equipped for our large group, and the BBQ space really well designed. The sleeping spaces were flexible, with several rooms that could be used as play rooms or bedrooms depending on the size of your group. The host was friendly, communicative and responsive, for instance a flickering light in one of the rooms (which wasn't a big inconvenience) was fixed almost instantly. Highly recommend this home, and look forward to returning in the future!

Luis is a wonderful and very contactable host. A few days before our arrival, he asked if we needed to know anything or if we needed anything. He greeted us personally, showed us around the house and explained everything important. He gave us suggestions for restaurants and stores. He himself suggested that we could check out a few hours later than the regulations. Luis' house is very cozy, we felt as at home. The house has everything you need, enough dishes, cleaning products, coffee, tea, oil, spices, fresh herbs in the garden. There is silence all around. We received a bottle of delicious wine and cookies to welcome us. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, there is plenty of space to store things. And this wonderful garden, with beautiful vegetation, clean, nicely decorated, with a pool with warm water. With great pleasure I will return there.

Perfect stay! We loved everything about the accommodation and would definitely come back. The outside lounge area with the pool and barbecue and the beautiful and large kitchen was definitely our favourite. The coffee from the fully automatic coffee machine was excellent. Very happy to return!

Worth every penny, so to speak: everything has been fantastic from the beginning until the end. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the house, the team of people who took excellent care of us or the location. We spent a week there, alterning work days and days off, and are really considering coming back as soon as we have the opportunity. Bonus: the yard is pretty big and fanced, allowing us to realx while our dog was leaving its best life! Thanks again for all and see you soon
