We had such a nice stay at First Light. Home was very clean and so charming and the view is stunning. Our teens loved the hot tub and sauna. We loved looking for wildlife - lots of bald eagles. I loved being able to walk to downtown Tofino, would love to go back. Erika couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. We were really impressed with all the thoughtful details- there was fruit and chocolate for us as a welcome when we checked in. The home is vintage and I hope the 1970s original features will remain. The cedar walls and ceiling and vintage kitchen cabinets and light fixtures are amazing!

Absolutely stunning location - saw loads of wildlife from the terrace, and an amazing view over the water. Property was also very well supplied with a super modern kitchen and ample bed and bath space. Will be back!

We had a very enjoyable two night start at Haining’s place. Beautiful location, very peaceful, idyllic. A highlight was waking up to see deer in the garden. Great value for money. Excellent host, helpful communication. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to friends/family.

My partner and our children reserved this lovely home for a retirement celebration with our in laws. The home was spacious for all six of us and our family dog and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The home is nestled in a beautiful mountainous area with lovely views from all the front windows. It's rustic yet modernized layout and structure made it the perfect place to cozy up together or spread out and enjoy some quiet time separately. It's location is close enough to many trails and beach access points to get out and explore. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were definitely a highlight for our Spring trip and did not disappoint.

Clean place, friendly hosts and well worth what we paid for. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped (albeit small as described, but no issues cooking breakfast and dinner for two people) with cooking supplies as well as some good quality spices and seasonings. The chocolates the hosts produce are phenomenal and very reasonably priced, we loved the pink salt dark chocolate we tried, so we purchased a variety of chocolates to bring home for friends on our way out.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s place very much. She has provided everything you might need. We were able to truly relax and enjoy ourselves mostly because there is a terrific fenced yard!

This is one of the best and fully stocked Airbnbs that I have visited in a while!! Dave’s place felt like a true Airbnb experience- he put a lot of thought into hosting guests in his home. I felt he was available and cared for hosting. The home was better than I imagined- with comfortable beds, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchens. The outdoor space was great, the rules were reasonable, the home was big enough, and we were in a great location. We used a car so I can’t speak to access to public transportation, but with a car we were close to grocery stores, restaurants, VIU, and a beach. Thank you, Dave!!

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this peaceful Airbnb near Campbell River. The beach view from across the house was great. It is about a 20-minute drive from the main part of the town, the quiet and secluded setting made for a relaxing retreat- especially under the clear, star-filled skies. The outdoor fire table was a highlight and created the perfect atmosphere for winding down in the night. The house was clean and well- kept. The sauna worked perfectly, you can book it for a 90 minutes slot and it took about 30 minutes to get warmed up. The space has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bath. It still felt a bit compact for a larger group, but it worked well enough for our short stay. Overall, a comfortable and quiet spot with some great features. Ideal for those looking to unwind and enjoy nature- beach away from the crowds.

This place was clean, beautiful, and so peaceful. We truly felt relaxed and at home throughout our stay. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and made our time in Parksville extra special. If we come back to Parksville, we’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for such a lovely space and warm hospitality!

We had a really great time at this very comfortable townhouse! Derek was a very responsive host and was incredibly accommodating of us traveling with a baby. Would definitely stay here again!

Bettina was great- She gave us personalized tips about the area. She brought us an extra mattress for us at the last minute request. Helped us carry things in. Kind and responsive. The pool was fantastic but not gated from the deck - For child safety supervision was a must when near the pool. I loved the covered areas and chez lounges provided and a hammock off the master bedroom on a private deck- lovely.

This was a fabulous rental, it was perfect in every way. Every step of this booking was just a great experience, the host was so friendly and fun to chat with and thought of everything a traveller might need. All of the instructions were clear and well thought out, everything was as expected if not better, the place was spotlessly clean and everything was provided for. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, I hope we will get a chance to enjoy your hospitality again, it made for such an enjoyable trip! Thank you so much!

It was the perfect getaway for my husband, son, and me. Spent many hours in the hot tub and pool looking out over the lake. Just what we needed to reconnect and recharge! Jamie was a very gracious host.

Judy's place was clean, tidy & well equipped. We had everything we needed with all of the comforts of home. the kids loved the amenities of rathrevor Beach & the pool being near by! thank you! we will definitely be back!!

This is our second stay. We love the space and the location. Great value given proximity to beach, other amenities. Most everything one needs is 10 min away or less. The cabin has all we need including a thoughtful welcome gift. plenty of coffee, supplies & linens. I am a light sleeper and find it very peaceful here & beds are comfortable. We'll be back next year. thx for a great stay!

Enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the beauty of Pacific Shores Resort. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Heidi communicated well with good information.

Absolutely stunning. We will be back. The upper master bedroom suite is jaw-droppingly gorgeous...we gave this room to our friends who were in need of rest and serenity, and we took the first level room that was nice but paled incomparision. Cannot wait to return!

By far, our favorite Airbnb! The surroundings were so peaceful, the place was immaculate and it was so so easy to accomplish what we set our trip to be about - relax! The house is secluded in the woods, yet just a short drive to anything one might need - from a grocery store, to Old Town Nanaimo, to wonderful trails to wander. The place also has absolutely everything you might need from BBQ, to laundry, to a great Braville espresso machine. If we are to come back, it sure will be at Bryan's place!

Amazing place!! Exactly how it is described. Very clean and comfortable. Amenities were well- thought-out. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would have no hesitation to stay again in the future.

This cottage now holds a special place in my heart! Everything exceeding my expectations, the property was stunning, the cottage was very clean, and Rachel went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay... I couldn't recommend her enough! She is lovely and we will definitely be back!!

If you are in Campbell River, this is absolutely the place to stay. Easy check-in, close to town, clean, great and a BBQ and patio with an amazing view to top it off. Thanks guys for an incredible experience!

Daryl's place was great. Super clean and had everything you needed. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Beautiful property and backyard to sit in. Comfortable bed. They even had Mint Shampoo /Conditioner so it was nice to see supporting local small business. The snacks they left were thoughtful as well as a doggy dish. Daryl accommodated our dogs to stay with us which is GREATLY appreciated. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area. One of the best places we have stayed. Thank You !!!

We loved our stay at the Wind down cabin:) we did lots of our own cooking and never found ourselves in need of kitchen utensils or anything! The cabin had a very rustic vibe, if that's what you're looking for, this is the place to go:)

The Shack exceeded all of our expectations. It is a quiet, clean and purposefully designed space on a delightful winery. Jill and Ben were excellent hosts and are also excellent wine makers and distillers. I would highly recommend staying at the Shack and sampling the excellent products. We will certainly be back in the future!
