Staying with Roberto was a great experience. Extremely easy check in and very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Beautiful and peaceful location with convenient parking to base yourself while you explore the charm of Lake Como. Apartment was well equipped and very clear and comfortable. We loved it.

A beautiful location, tucked away from the very active downtown area but a very quick and scenic 5 minute walk to the lakefront/wide selection of restaurants. Dario was extremely responsive and helped make this stay as smooth as possible. We will definitely be returning!

We had a great few days an Davide and Claudia's apartment. It was exactly as described, easy to find and had all the amenities we needed. The location was superb, right next to the lake, 2 mins from a supermarket, bus/train stop and 5 mins from the ferry. The hosts were super responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok. They provided really clear check-in and check-out instructions as well. Only 2 things to mention: the flat was quite noisy due to the location (even at night), and it wasn't stocked with any cooking supplies so you will have to buy essentials like oil, salt, spices, etc. Not a deal breaker for us though and we had a great time!

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Stunning apartment that had everything we needed. Amazing location very close to a square of beautiful restaurants, shops & bars. close to lake , recommend the ferry to Berlagio. We had a wonderful short break at Lake Como.

Had a great last minute two night stay in Como. Apartment is in a great central location and was very comfortable. Marcella was very responsive with check in and stay questions.

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. I really recommend Davide’s place and we will be glad to come back 😀 Thank so much. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. Beautiful apartment in a quiet non tourist area but only 3 minutes on the train into Lake Como area.Really great host who was so helpful.I would definitely stay here again but jump on the train to the lake for the tourist experience although we loved the peace of Borghi.The apartment is spotless and it was great having the supermarket across the road which has a lovely clothes shop and a chemist all in one place .The train station is five minutes away and buses are frequent to take you anywhere .

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

We had a great time, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear but the GPS didn't work, very narrow paved road and a really not easy to navigate slope. Beautiful apartment overlooking the lake, swimming pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I would highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be counted and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly as described: clean, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)
