THE HOUSE has 125 square meters for your use and enjoyment. It is right in the center, in the Plaza de las Estaciones, next to the Botin Center, shopping area, restaurants and with 60 parking spaces under the house, it has 3 private parking lots in the area. Its location will allow you to be a 15-minute walk from the beach, 4 miles from the City Hall where all the public bus lines connect to go to the place you want to see. There are 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy and everything you need. The whole house awaits you ;). I'll wait for you!

House located in the natural park of Oyambre with parking area and community gardens, adjacent to the road but with a delimited perimeter. Perfect for families with children and surf breaks due to its walking access to the best beaches and the village.

This cozy villa overlooks the entire Bay of Santander and the famous Somo beach, which is just 600 meters away. It is an extensive sandy area of 8 km of fine sand. Nearby you have restaurants, supermarkets, bars, sports courts, etc.
