Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

Ajanedo is a small hamlet with many cows, sheep, goats, cats, dogs and about 30 majestic griffon vultures. It is located at an altitude of 400 m in the valley of Miera surrounded by mountains up to 2000 m high. In Líerganes, 13 km away, you can shop, stroll and eat. Hiking, climbing, biking, fishing, exploring caves, watching animals - all this can be done from the house without taking the car.

It is a semi-detached house with a large terrace offering spectacular views of both Comillas and Oyambre beach. About the area: A few min drive from Cabezón de la sal and San Vicente de la Barquera. Comillas at about 5,7km Redwood forest 5 min away Cantabrian coast at 10 min It is the ideal place for days at the beach or on a mountain route :)

Discover MoM Comillas, located in the historic center of Comillas, a stone's throw from the Sobrellano Palace and just 500 meters from the beach. A perfect location to enjoy the town's attractions on foot or by bicycle, with restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. With a capacity for 8 people, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, large living rooms, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Free or paid parking in the area.
