The recent renovations include a tastefully decorated space with the feel of a cozy Canadian cabin.. The beds are excellent. You can enjoy the view and ambience sitting on the screened in porch or sit lakeside on the patio. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and bed and bath linens . Satellite tv as well.

We stayed the May 2025 long weekend and had a great time at Carl's place. The host was quick and responsive and the house was cozy, thanks to the fireplace! The only minor things were one of the bedrooms didn't have any curtains and the fridge smelled fishy. Other than that, great spot right by the lake! I'd recommend Carl's place to future guests.

An oversized covered deck features a large dining table surrounded by multiple chairs. A swinging chair is set in one corner, with a view of the lush greenery and pond in the distance. Natural light filters through the open space, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

We really enjoyed the cottage and waterfront. The fact that it is dog friendly was amazing. Our dog loved having the lake right outside the door so he could swim everyday. The cottage was perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful relaxing staycation at Michael’s place. This was hands-down the best equipped Air BnB we’ve stayed at - anything you might need, they’ve thought of it. Beautiful modern decor, absolutely spotless, and the split layout is ideal for a family reunion with multiple parent/kid groups. Gorgeous, peaceful location - I can just imagine how amazing it will be in the summer with all of the fun outdoor amenities! Michael was always responsive and super thoughtful throughout our stay. If you find yourself in the Barry’s Bay area, you can’t go wrong here. :-)

Our stay at Charlie's cottage was fabulous. The location is unbeatable: a private and serene setting, nestled directly at the beautiful lake and with a private beach. The cottage itself is very clean, cozy and well stocked. Finally, Charlie is a wonderful host; he is friendly, helpful and responsive. We can't wait to return again.

A spacious deck overlooking the lake features several white Adirondack chairs arranged for relaxation. A small shed is visible in the background, and a fire pit surrounded by additional seating can be seen on the grassy area near the water's edge.

Meaghan’s place was absolutely amazing! She has everything that you could want, appliances, screened gazebo and the boat shed, all are fantastic!! The view is breathtaking, the house is so well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. She was very responsive and the communication was great. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you for making our stay very memorable!!

Chantyle's cottage was a great find for our family. While it was basic and nothing fancy but that is just what our family loves. We basically only need a spot to sleep and cook, other then that we are outside enjoying the nature we are surrounded by, and this spot was perfect The beach was perfect for swimming, crystal clear, and shallow so the kids could walk out for quite some distance. On top of the beautiful area and comfortable rustic cabin we were greeted by a very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful campground manager Phil and his wife Tanya. Helped us with things we needed right away and gave us suggestions on places to check out that our kids ended up loving....overall amazing experience thanks for having our family stay it was a great location and great place. friendly seasonal campers as well. our family will definitely be back ?
