Our cottage is in a fabulous harbour location right on the Quay and has recently featured on Channel 5's new show Holiday Homes in the Sun! We overlook the harbour beach; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for Alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. All bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

The Coach House is in the grounds of The Old Rectory, it enjoys open views across the Devon countryside and is only a short walk to the entrance to Deer Park Woods, part of the Arlington Court Estate. It must be noted that Loxhore is around 3.6 miles to the nearest pub. The fabulous north Devon beaches are a short drive away.

Lee, is a small village nestled in a valley between Woolacombe, with its great surfing beach and the Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe. Lee, has its own cove, which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage, perfect for rock pooling or why not try the bathing beach, accessible at low tide or via the coast path. There is a pub - The Grampus Inn, a 2 minute walk from Seal cottage, with its delightful beer garden. There are numerous idyllic footpaths to explore Lee and much further!

Harbour Beach is a delightful grade II listed house situated in one of the town’s most sought after locations. Sitting adjacent to the picturesque harbour just off the working quay and close to the pier, the property enjoys wonderful views over the harbour towards Hillsborough and across to the Bristol Channel and Welsh coastline. Miller's Cottage is located next to our 16th century watermill and award winning tearoom (Hele Cornmill). Ideal for families : children can have a go at milling flour in the mill and have a go at counting the wooden mice and millstones. 5 min walk to Hele's dog friendly beach and a dog/family friendly pub serving good food. There are lots of walks from the cottage either on the South West Coastal Path or into the hills of Berrynarbor.
