La casa è molto accogliente e ben servita di ristoranti, bar, supermercati e farmacia. Situata in una zona tranquilla e strategica sia che siate a Ravenna per affari che per svago. Via Trieste vi condurrà diretti a Marina di Ravenna o con una passeggiata di pochi minuti in piazza del Popolo. Casa a 5 min a piedi dalla stazione e ben collegata con i bus.
