Our cosy studio flat is a perfect base for your adventure in the lake district. Located at the southern end of Windermere lake, it has great access to the rest of the Lake District for exploring and only 10 min to Cartmel racecourse. We are close to many great attractions. Ulverston the festival town is just 25 minutes' drive away. There is also a petrol station/shop 20min walk/2min drive. Grange over Sands is a lovely town to visit and have a wander along the promonade over looking the bay.

A romantic little stone Bothy with a sublimely comfortable king-sized bed, heated by a wood-burner & with a private wood-fired hot-tub directly outside. In the summer, swim in the tarn above the village & sit outside. In winter, snuggle up by the stove. Gorgeous views, dog friendly & walking distance to two good pubs and Beatrix Potter’s Hilltop. Wonderful walks & longer hikes right from the doorstep, including Moss Eccles Tarn, Esthwaite & Lake Windermere. Loads of gated off road parking.
