Absolutely beautiful stay! This spot was exactly what we needed. Quiet, peaceful, and those mountain views? Unreal. The stay was super comfortable and had a warm, welcoming feel. Great location, easy check-in, host very friendly and just an all-around amazing stay. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoy the Fairplay area and have visited several times but this was our first time at this home. The neighborhood is very easy to get to and very quiet. We especially loved the pond. We saw 2-3 moose every day we were there. We also had deer, magpies and ducks visit the pond area. The outside space is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have a couple of neighborhood dogs run up to the house but they were pretty friendly. We enjoy hiking the Pika and Pennsylvania trails which are not too far away.

The incredibly generous owners graciously allowed us to get married here, and it was an absolute dream come true. The home itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every room felt warm and welcoming, and the views from every window were like something out of a postcard. The owners went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. They were always quick to respond, incredibly kind, and made us feel truly cared for from beginning to end. The lake was pure magic — we experienced the best trout fishing of our lives from the beautiful canoe! We’ll never forget our time here. If you book this place, it’ll be the best stay of your life!

Perfect stay for our family to enjoy the beauty of Estes and RMNP! The space was cozy, clean, and comfortable! The deck space and hot tub were stand-out features! We highly recommend and hope to visit again!

The Farm House was amazing!! Beautiful place - Exactly as pictured and described. Preston was a wonderful host and we were greeted with such a thoughtful welcome basket. The place was pristine and the surrounding mountains and the little mountain lake made for a peaceful and relaxing time. Preston has kayaks for the lake and a ton of local recommendations. He was very responsive to all of my questions. The house was amazingly furnished and decorated - All appliances are top of the line. Preston left nothing to chance and he also made certain we had plenty of coffee and teas with multiple ways to prepare them! If you are looking for serene atmosphere, a relaxing location and just outside Denver in the mountains - Then The Farm House should be your destination!! Thank you Preston for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful views! Great place! It was really windy so not much fishing so the beautiful pool table got a lot of attention! It was a 4 men and 3 boys get a way come true! The fireplace didn't work but we had a great time on the patio with the fire pit and grill just telling stories and making new memories! Careful the water is HoT! Would definitely do it again!

Can’t say enough positive things about this Airbnb. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. The house is pristine and in a beautiful location and sooo close to beautiful downtown Estes Park and all the shops and restaurants. Grocery store was right around the corner. The Stanley Hotel of “The Shining” fame is less than a mile away and worth the visit even if you don’t decide to take one of the many tours offered. Amazingly close MULTIPLE accesses to Rocky Mountain National Park. Elk are plentiful and we came back to a large Elk just relaxing in the front yard of the home. Beautiful views from the back patio as well. Recommend 5 plus stars!!

My family and I booked Billy’s house for my college graduation and it was better than we could have imagined! The house felt like home even though we only stayed 2 nights. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need. Billy was very accommodating and kind during our booking process and throughout the time we stayed. There is a cute back yard and the house is steps away from City Park which is very beautiful and has so much to offer. I’d recommend Billy’s home without hesitation to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful cabin in the mountains. The place is very clean, has everything you need for a weekend getaway. it was a little bit difficult to find. However, this was not Doran's fault. It's just due to the location and we arrived at night. Highly recommend.

Home was very nice, private, and peaceful. When propane gas for the grill ran out, Rick was very responsive in getting a replacement.

Robert’s home was perfect for my family and I. Robert was very responsive when we had any questions and never left us waiting. The home was beautiful and the location was quiet and peaceful with plenty to do in the area. I would absolutely recommend staying here and plan on staying here again if im back in the area in the future.

Cute little house 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the fold out table in the living room to play board games. Overall a nice place to stay.

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

What an amazing place!! Definitely off the beaten path, but couldn’t ask for a more stunning set of views, sunrises, sunsets, and serene surroundings. Wanted to book a private mountain cabin, got everything we wanted and more. The deck is great, the pellet stove is iconic, and the kitchen is great. Truly enjoyed every bit of this trip. Pretty close to town for food, gas, and groceries. Very comfortable furniture and bedding. Possibly the best morning coffee drinking spot I’ve ever stayed at.

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Spacious, clean and comfortable home with all the essentials for cooking meals. Slept really well. Used the barbecue on the patio. Everything worked great. Bring your own coffee or tea. For people new to the area just know that everywhere you want to go you'll be on gravel roads, no pavement for miles but that's part of the charm of the area. nearest grocery store is 27 minutes away. I recommend the Lake George Cafe for breakfast or brunch

The family and I spent 3 nights at David's place which was centrally located for the region. It provided us a good base to explore the Rocky Mountains with plenty of amenities to enjoy after a day of traveling. The pool/hot tub were used nightly as we unknowingly chose 3 days to stay there where the temperature was above 95. We enjoyed the house from the theater room to watch a movie as a family, the pool/hot tub, and the quiet street. David was responsive with any of our questions we posed to him and gave us a few recommendations where to eat in the area. We were happy with the cleanliness and the many extras left in the kitchen in which we were free to use and consume. I liked that we were 10 minutes away from many of the eating/drinking establishments we picked out. David also went out of his way to allow us an early check in/out if needed which was nice to check in a few hours early and use that time to go out on a excursion as soon as we arrived and down loaded gear

Karen’s place is gorgeous and was the perfect location for easy access to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Incline and all the wonderful restaurants of Colorado Springs! The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 and we loved the stunning views of the mountains and Pikes Peak it offered. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evenings around the gas firepit. Karen is an outstanding host with incredibly quick and friendly response time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Karen’s place!
