Farmstay vacation rentals in Colorado

We loved staying here! The hosts left us cute notes, dog treats and a bottle of wine. There was firewood avail for the fireplace and a great porch to relax on. This cabin was very clean and we were provided with great recommendations for food and things to do. Our stay was peaceful and we had everything we needed. We were a 30 min walk from down town and a 9 min drive to the Garden of the Gods, 15 min to downtown Colorado Springs. Great trip!!

Everything about our stay was amazing. We loved the location and felt super safe. Their property was peaceful and quiet, even with the wildlife and children around! Roscoe welcomed me every time we came and went and that made me happy as well!

Peaceful and comfortable, it was a perfect stay for a relaxing weekend exploring the West Elks area.

We had a wonderful time here. Ron was wonderful and so helpful. He left eggs and sausage, fresh bread and plenty of coffee for us. He has two delightful dogs that were fun to watch. The sky at night is breathtaking. Best of all was the silence. We could hear birds and the wind. No sounds of machines or traffic. It was heavenly. Thank you so much, Ron. It was wonderful to meet you and spend a couple of days next door. We really enjoyed our time out there!

The spot is super peaceful, and although it is on the homeowners property it does give the sense of seclusion and privacy. The outdoor space is nice with the fire and swing, and the inside felt cozy and comfortable. We mostly just utilized the spot for showers and sleep, and it was perfect for us. Thanks so much!

I will start off by saying this cozy place was far more beautiful than the photos gave it credit for. It was clean, super cozy, comfortable. I have arthritis and always dread sleeping in beds that aren't mine, but I slept like the dead here. The farm was so amazing. Absolutely spectacular views. We loved seeing the chickens every morning. The farm-fresh eggs as a welcome gift were so appreciated and made a great first breakfast. The donkeys braying were honestly my favorite way to wake up each day, but if you don't like the noise, ear plugs were very kindly provided. This BnB was absolutely magical. It was such a lovely way to come down from busy days full of adventure. It felt like coming home. Pamela and Donn were fantastic hosts... Helpful, responsive, and so friendly. They made a good trip great.

Staying near Paonia is always a great experience and this little cabin is perfect for a place to relax from your otherwise action packed vacation. There is so much to do and see in such a small area. The cabin itself is a very short walk from a great restaurant and incredible winery. Highly recommended!

This was a spacious place to stay in Grand Junction. We just had one night here, so we didn’t take advantage of all the farm activities, but we could see the goats and chickens from the house. It was clean and had plenty of linens. We especially appreciated the baby bed that was in the space. The AC window unit worked to cool the living room, however, the bedroom stayed warm even with the bedroom door open. The kitchen was stocked with the basics but if you planned to cook a full blown meal there, I would check for the utensils and appliances you need before getting started! Overall this was a nice place to stay.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and Rachel’s is at the very top. Her little house is absolutely adorable and actually kind of fancy with luxurious touches like a copper sink, granite counter tops, and a beautiful shower with custom tile. It is in a peaceful setting close to Crawford and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. It was spotless and has so many extra touches. It is really well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Rachel is also super friendly and helpful - very responsive and even proactively helped us with suggestions for our next destination. Highly recommended!

I only stayed one night, but it was very cozy! It was in between two of my hiking destinations in CO, so the location was great. And I was greeted by a very sweet pup :)

Beautiful location and quiet! I had a virtual conference to attend, and this space was perfect for that. Plenty of light, comfortable seating and a great balcony patio! The space was clean and inviting. In a beautiful neighborhood as well. There are walking/running paths located directly behind the house too.

Wow! Joshua’s place was perfect. The amenities were fantastic, the hosts were very responsive, and we had a great weekend relaxing. We would love to stay again.

We selected this cabin for a two-night family getaway with our two adult children to get away and just enjoy a relaxing weekend with family. We got exactly that. Anna contacted us well before our check-in to give us the information we needed to settle into the cabin quickly. The cabin was bright and welcoming, and the views from the dining room table and deck were great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils to prepare a family meal, and lots of extra kitchen goodies that you almost felt like you were in your own kitchen. We enjoyed many the morning sun and stargazing on the deck. Very peaceful. The hot tub and roasting smores on the lower deck was a great way to cap off our stay. It was an all-around great cabin for hospitality, welcoming and comfortable accommodations, and just the right setting to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Our spread out family gathered here for a few days to reconnect, just hang together, cook & attend a concert at Red Rocks. It was a great stay! We saw a herd of Elk at dusk & in early dawn, a coyote sauntering through the tall grasses & pouncing on mice for his breakfast and my husband caught a brook trout in the creek! Great fishing supply store in Bailey. The basement rec-room was fantastic but we loved just sitting in the living room or on the porch looking at the beautiful landscape. Would definitely return here! Thank you for a great stay!

The cabin was perfect for privacy and to be away from the city life. we saw tons of wildlife everyday and the drive was next to a river the entire time. The cabin has a deck over a creek and a path to walk right up to it. There was plenty of sleeping space and heaters for all of us. Tim talked to me before we got there to ensure the cabin was ready for us and was extremely prompt in getting back to us. The cabin was clean, quaint and only about a 40 min drive to Glenwood Springs with a ton of things to do. I am glad we had the opportunity to stay in such a great, remote place. We were happy to not have television (there is wifi) because we got to really spend time together to play chess, do puzzles and go for walks. I fully recommend Tim's cabin for a remote, quiet and beautiful getaway.

This was a very nice, very clean place. The game room was great for kids. The only thing to mention that was not great was phone and GPS connectivity. We needed to communicate with other members of the wedding party and that could be challenging.

Such a cute and comfortable cabin. We loved our visit from Clyde the ranch dog!
