Great stay, was very convenient to downtown Austin, and the space was clean, spacious, and accommodated all 7 of our guests with no issues. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay near Austin!

House was just as pictured. Great communication from start to finish. Stayed for my daughter’s graduation it was only 4 adults ,but more than enough room for a large family. Super clean and fridge was stocked with water and snacks upon arrival. I would book again.

Check in was easy, house was clean and cozy, and very spacious. I would recommend and stay again.

We absolutely loved our time here! The house was beautifully decorated and functional at the same time with plenty of space to spread out. The dogs loved it. The outside was incredible too, as we got to interact with miniature donkeys and alpacas! It was the perfect oasis for us. Can't wait to come back!

I loved the house, my husband went out there for a work trip and we didn't have a hard time, we needed to extend the days and Naomi responded quick and was able to help us out. I have never had another Airbnb be this kind. thank you and looking forward to going back, when we're in town.

If you are looking for a peaceful and lovely place, this is it! This elevated home had a great second level outdoor area with seating, grills and even a bar area. The homeowner thought of everything! This was the BEST stocked kitchen I have ever seen. The living space was comfortable. Bathrooms like a hotel- luxurious, had robes and plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable! One of the best features was a lift outside for all your belongings to get up and down. If you have a hard time with stairs, this might not be the best place for you. We did not get down and into lake, quite a steep drop. Property lines did not give access to lake unfortunately. Also, the road into location needs a higher chassis vehicle (truck, SUV) rough road. All and all we had a great time! Drove to downtown- shops close early, so get there before 2pm. Great farmers market on weekend! Had a great time ! Highly recommend 😊 Would com back for a quiet weekend. Deer on property.

My husband and I loved this apartment! The hot tub was perfect after a full day of activities around town. After a horrible nights sleep at a resort the previous night we slept like babies in this bed. Mattress was soft and the area was very quiet. We couldn’t even hear our neighbors next to us. If you don’t like super soft pillows I suggest you bring your own though (we did). Place was super clean and my favorite part was the shower, perfect temperature and water pressure. The host was extremely prompt in responses and made sure to check in to make sure everything was to our liking. Rent this Airbnb now! You won’t regret it. If we make our way back to Fredericksburg we will most definitely book again.

Place was exactly what we expected. It’s in an awesome location, extremely easy access to a lot of things. Super close to just about everything in town walking or driving. Very clean and surprisingly not loud outside when in rooms. Great place

This is a great location for decompressing. It is situated in beautiful rolling hills looking out upon a good size pond. The sunsets were amazing. The location was perfect for visiting family that lives nearby. It is a second floor location with only stairs. It didn't bother us any. The apartment is updated and clean. The owners live on site and are extremely nice. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends going to the area.

Great place to stay at an affordable price

We had such a great time at Joes place. It was just as described. Great location walkable to most things on East Cesar Chavez and not far from downtown either. Joe was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Celia's place is just amazing: peacful, nice enviroment, filled with everything you need. Celia and her husband are the best hosts ever: we had great conversations, we really felt like home - this is more than just an Airbnb, it's the best of Texas!

We had a great time staying here during our trip to San Antonio! The home was beautiful, and there were even a few complimentary snacks and bottles of wine you could purchase. We would stay here again!

Loved staying here last week. The place had a beautiful view of Austin and plenty of amenities. Location is great for going out, within walking distance of Rainey street.

It was wonderful for my purpose for being in Austin. Great views, safe, close to the venue and many great restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish there was better lighting in the seating area by the sliding glass door, but overall a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay for nearly a month. We reached out when we couldn’t find something, and received an immediate response with instructions (our oversight entirely). Apart from that, we just relaxed and used the clean and well kept space like home. It was wonderful, and we will absolutely be back.

A perfect place to stay in Austin! Rooftop pool, spacious apartment, great view, cozy bed—I highly recommend. It's more of a hotel than an AirBnb, but if you're wanting to be close to downtown, there's really no better choice.

Perfect place to say! It was our second time staying here! We loved our morning walks around lady bird lake and afternoons by the amazing pool. Just a short walk into downtown it was absolutely perfect for us! With a comfortable bed and a great location we can’t wait to come back!
