Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Colorado River

The deck and views sells this place! We spent all of our time on the deck to g in the lake views while we were at the house. Enjoyed the Sonos speakers too. Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Also enjoyed having the two bathrooms for getting ready, was really nice. Close to the Venture Point Marina for boat rentals and the floating restaurant. Maya was really helpful and responsive. Made for a fun lake getaway.

Catherine was a lifesaver, and I can't thank her enough. Would recommend her, if for no other reason than her kindness.

This was hands-down one of the most amazing and unique Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! I had surprised my husband for his 40th and he was blown away (which is hard to do!) From the moment we arrived, we were completely immersed in a magical puzzle adventure that had us hooked from beginning to end. The attention to detail was absolutely incredible—every clue, prop, and piece of the experience was so thoughtfully designed, it truly felt like stepping into another world. They even had a little gift for my husband as part of the “experience” and that was absolutely everything. But what made it even more unforgettable was our host. Kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. You can tell they put their heart into every part of this experience. Absolutely loved everything about this place. Perfect location! Very secluded. Beautiful views. Cheryl was very responsive and got back to us immediately every time we needed anything. Her home had everything you could possibly need for a vacation. We will definitely be back to make more wonderful memories with our family.

This home was absolutely beautiful! The view of the lake and hills was stunning. Everything was clean and labeled and Brad was super responsive. What I especially appreciated were the extra towels and throw blankets available. We loved the binder provided with all the local things to do as it made it so nice to plan our stay and make reservations where needed. The hot tub was the highlight of our evenings. The jets and temperature worked perfectly and the view of the stars in the sky was incredible. The home was really close to everything we wanted to do. The observatory is an awesome experience, even though there was a bit of clouds when we went we were able to see about 2,500 stars! The town itself was super cute and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The motorcycle museum was great too. This home is a must if you are looking for relaxation, peace and quiet. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Brad!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

by far Georgia was the best host ever so hospitable so friendly so proactive to tell me about restaurants nearby and things to do. she went out of her way to make homemade cookies to welcome her and proactively was attentive to our needs and wants. by far so clean so beautiful so peaceful I loved every little bit of the experience I had there with my daughter it truly was a beautiful experience very well worth it and we got to see deer around the property other animals on the other side of the fence it was just beautiful and breathtaking. I strongly advise and encourage people to enjoy themselves here and the bed is just comfortable like no other the bathroom Tip Top with anything you could possibly need super clean same for the kitchen sadly we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub but it was very beautiful.

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

Karen’s carriage house was perfect for our brief stay in Georgetown. It was immaculately clean, and all instructions were easy to follow. It had everything that we needed and had everything needed for someone who was staying longer. We highly recommend Karen’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Very Clean and Hospitable Environment for San Antonio and The Property was Quiet and Clean

This is our second time staying at Mike’s place. Always a pleasure! So quiet, beautiful surroundings, and pristine! His backyard backs up into a beautiful forest, and we even saw a gorgeous fox running by! We also had a chance to say hi to one of his two kitties! If you love nature and a private, quiet space, this is the home for you. We will always book with him! Thank you again!

Nice and clean on the inside and outside space reminded me of back home in Jamaica, I sat outside under the tree ate a mango and enjoyed the shade. Host was responsive and provided lots of drinking water and small essentials I definitely recommend and would go back

This location was the perfect stay for our group! It was cozy, neat/tidy, and super cute! We were only 6 minutes from Main Street, a couple minutes from the Walmart, Chick-fil-A, HTeaO, Starbucks, and so much more! We loved how easy it was to get on 290 to visit all the wineries! Everything was clearly explained and detailed for us, so check in and check out was super easy! Communication with the hosts was also super easy. Also, during the day the road does have cars going by, but at night it is very quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely look this place up the next time we make the trip down!

We had a wonderful vacation. The location had beautiful views. Place was inviting, clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Great place to enjoy the pool, golf, deer, spa, massage and lake activities. ❤️

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.

Home was as described with river access and the perfect location! We enjoyed floating the river and hanging out at the river in front of the home. Home was clean and had all the amenities listed. Host was friendly and communicated well and explained checkin and checkout clearly. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much ♥️
