Very relaxing to sit around the pool, or to have a friendly game at the pool table. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room very comfortable. It was about a ten minute walk to the main commercial area, then another few minutes to the historic district.

The house is in excellent condition, well located and has all the amenities to enjoy. The host was always attentive and provided full information about the house. In addition, he was flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to organize ourselves better.

A great apartment in close distance to many of Carmelo's vineyards. Sylvia and Ramon are excellent hosts and go above and beyond to make it a great stay. The lodging is incredibly comfortable and the property is beautiful. We can't say enough about how wonderful of a time we had, and look forward to coming back.

The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, it has everything you need to have a great time. I see the disadvantage that it doesn't get direct sun at any time of the day, which makes it cool. That factor can be very good in summer, but not so much in the other seasons of the year. It also has air conditioning in all the rooms, plus a beautiful wood stove in the living room. Conclusion: it is a very good option to rest and get out of the routine. PD1: The refrigerator is very noisy, and since the kitchen has no door, it can be a bit annoying PS2: When you rent these types of places, what you want is simplicity, not complications. In my case, and I understand it must be the same for most people, I prefer to pay 5 dollars more per day and not have to go around measuring the KW I use or the firewood I consume to pay at check-out.
