The house sleeps 6. Three bedrooms with a bathroom each. Kitchen, spacious dining room, wood-burning stove. Terrace, balcony , large bottom with grillboard.

Spacious house near the Rambla, great location!

Our house is located in a very interesting point of Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to several places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

The historic stone exterior of the house is highlighted by a traditional tile roof and framed windows. A vintage lamp post adds character, while lush greenery and a glimpse of the river are present nearby, enhancing the peaceful surroundings.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

It has recently been refurbished with top quality materials and equipped to a high standard which guarantees a comfortable stay (high density mattresses and full bedding, good water pressure, comfortable and complete bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, oil radiator stoves, kitchen with full equipment, high brightness, etc.)

Less than 100 meters from El Ensueño beach, a beautiful home. Room en suite and another with bunk beds. 2 bathrooms. Parrillero. Super relaxed, even in high season. 20 minutes to Cologne Attention: upon check-in, 1000 Uruguayan pesos are paid to the housekeeper for cleaning upon check-out.
