Haras Quinta Conrado, a dream come true!

Haras Quinta Conrado was dedicated for a long time to the breeding of “quarter mile” horses, obtaining the highest distinctions in the Rural del Prado for 10 years. It was the 1st Haras in Uruguay to set up a laboratory for transferring equine embryos and marketing them. It was a pioneer in spreading the reining discipline, organizing two Reining Clinics with Franco Bertolani, who is now triumphing in the USA, and made important genetic contributions in Uruguay with the incorporation of bloodstock.

The place is cozy with air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking included, washing machine and hot water all the time without waiting. TV with prepaid DirecTV. (does not include recharge) This comfortable apartment is located a few blocks from the shopping in a safe and quiet area, with restaurants, pizzerias and shops that make the area a special place to walk or use the local transport to travel without a car.

It has recently been refurbished with top quality materials and equipped to a high standard which guarantees a comfortable stay (high density mattresses and full bedding, good water pressure, comfortable and complete bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, oil radiator stoves, kitchen with full equipment, high brightness, etc.)

For those who are looking for a quiet place in the middle of the countryside but with the advantage of being only ten minutes from the quaint town of Colonia del Sacramento and an hour from Buenos Aires via ferry, our charming cottage is offered as an ideal place. It is a cozy space, surrounded by nature, conditioned to accommodate up to three people and equipped with everything you need for a weekend or extended vacation.

Beautiful apartment inside the Hotel Dazzler complex. It has endless amenities such as an outdoor and indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym, among others. Security 24 hours a day. Downtown and its historic district are 2.5 kilometers away.

El Nido - Loft Treehouse - The Nest

El Nido Treehouse is a fully equipped little loft in the middle of our trees in our farm in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay with a deck with a view of the vineyards, hammocks and a pool surrounded by lots of green! We are 10 kilometers away from Colonia, a 15 minute drive. Taxis to and from El Nido cost approximately 14 dollars and is the way most of our guests get to the houses. No kids allowed.

Santa Casa, barrio histórico

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

La Serena is a 3 bedroom house located 9 kilometres from Colonia's old town and port. Surrounded by a 4 HAS garden, it's ideal for visitors expecting to enjoy the countryside and nature. La Arenisca beach is within walking distance (~1.3 Kms far). The house has 2 bedrooms in the ground floor and 1 bedroom in the upper floor. Pets are not allowed.
