The Sandra apartment is very spacious and super equipped. The view of the river makes the sunrises and sunsets something special. Fresh with good ventilation. While it's not in a tourist area, you can walk to the main one right away. Recommended for staying for several days!

Everything was impeccable, an excellent location, in front of the Rambla and close to the historic neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to cook. I would pick it again.

Andrea was friendly and helpful at all times. Flexible in terms of schedules and that is highly rated. The location is excellent and the neighbors are good. The house was like in the photos and everything was very good. It could be considered an electric fee from a certain cap, as it generates a restriction during the stay think about that extra cost, since everything works based on electricity, air, heating, heater, kitchen, etc. We had a great time now and would come back :)

Excellent location, you can walk everywhere, bus stops nearby (Lucia explained to us which line to take to get to the bullring), close to the terminal, rambla, downtown and historic neighborhood. The neighborhood seems super quiet and safe, we walked a lot at night and had no problems. The apartment is super comfortable and functional. Highly recommended! Everything is as described, the host was very friendly and flexible with check-in, she always responded quickly, the apartment has a separate entrance and the neighborhood is very quiet, you can get everywhere by car in a few minutes! The bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and in order, the only detail was a wall with some humidity, keep it in mind if you are allergic! Still, I recommend this place!

The accommodation is exactly as described and meets all the requirements for a good stay. The apartment is very neat and very well-equipped. It has a beautiful view and ancillary services in the hotel to use the restaurant and amenities. The outdoor pool for warmer weather is very nice. It's very close to everything and you can walk. It's definitely a highly recommended place and we'll be back soon.

The apartment is spotless, it has one bedroom but with a social area and a super spacious terrace. Facing the promenade and the beach, with the sunset falling on the water. The building is also super complete and modern.

I agree with the positive comments about this listing. Dreamy sunsets on the balcony, super cute. Everything working properly, good cleanliness and friendly service from the hosts. There are very enjoyable amenities and the Restaurant on the ground floor has tasty options. To get around, the car is very convenient, in 5 minutes you are in the center with everything you might need. Being on the Rambla, you have the positive view, just across the street you have the beach and a divine walk, the negative can be the noise of the motorcycles, for me, haha. This place is great. We'll be back!! 😊

The stay was nice. Everything in order. The location is very good, with a balcony facing the sea. The only detail to improve is the hygiene of pillowcases.

The apartment is like new, it has good equipment and everything works perfectly, kitchen, air conditioning, refrigerator, etc. The location is excellent with a really beautiful view of the river and very close to the historic center, even for those who enjoy walking, it can be reached on foot, it is less than 3kms. Regarding the building's services, everything was perfect, we used the indoor pool, the gym and the restaurant and everything was perfect. Be careful, the food in the restaurant is average, but it's fine to get by. As for the hosts, Claudia's, they are sensational, extremely friendly and attentive, even in our case they were very flexible with the schedules which made our stay even more comfortable. 100% Recommended.

great hotel/apartment combo complex with pool, restaurant, friendly staff, and a great apartment with an awesome balcony and view. perfect distance from Old Town to get a good walk in and enjoy the day, then rest and relax by the pool or at a beach across the street after.
