The 70 square meter apartment is flooded with light and very bright. Even in the warm months it remains cool, as the windows are opposite each other and the draft provides plenty of fresh air. The wood creates a cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger. The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. The house is very cozy and tastefully decorated. The many books ensure that you don't get bored even in bad weather. Particularly nice is the large tiled stove in the living room, which reliably provides pleasant warmth even deep in winter. In the basement there is also a small oven, which also heats properly. And last but not least, the landlord is very likeable and helpful.

The exterior of a charming building is visible, featuring a mix of traditional architecture and greenery. Outdoor seating is provided under large blue umbrellas, inviting guests to relax. A historic tower can be seen in the background, complemented by lush trees against a clear blue sky.

Everything corresponded to the description down to the smallest detail. The place was easy to find and Hildegard and Werner were on site at the same time as us. The house is a dream, location, amenities and cleanliness leave nothing to be desired. For us as cyclists, an ideal base for large and small tours of the area, where there are numerous good bike paths. The morning began on the terrace with a coffee and birdsong from the nearby forest, simply wonderful. On the first day, the hosts asked if everything was okay or if something was missing. We have never experienced this before. There were two of us in the house, there was endless space. We were able to stow all our holiday luggage without any problems. The bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. In short, a big compliment for the amenities, the cleanliness and the good communication. We enjoyed it and definitely recommend the neighborhood.

There were five of us for a short trip to Rothenburg in this apartment. For this, it was perfectly suited. The apartment is clean and beautiful and in the evening to do a sauna session rounded off the weekend. Benjamin is a very nice host who responds very quickly. All in all, we were very satisfied.
