Monthly Rentals in Colma

Really great place to stay for anyone trying to check out the Bay Area! I was looking for a place to stay for work and this place was perfect. Easy to get in, really clean, and private. Having a place to park is also really convenient especially in the Bay Area. Tony is a great host and easy to communicate with. It gets a little cold in room but they provide a heater to make things more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Malcom was very welcoming and communicative. They also checked in regularly to make sure everything is fine. I will say that you should be careful with the street parking. Check the signage to make sure you are fine

Very nice place and peaceful neighborhood to stay in if you have things in the area to do.

Loved my stay at Ashley’s quaint backyard bungalow! The apt. was quiet and surprisingly private-feeling given that it’s located in the back of another property. I loved the way the apt. was renovated- nice quality work! Great water pressure and temp control in the shower. Super communicative and accommodating host, would def. stay again!
