The beach house is a villa of 150 square meters and 'located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily between Catania and Siracusa. The house stands on three levels: the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining, fireplace, kitchen and WC designed ; the first floor: three bedrooms, two WC designed and a laundry room; on the second floor there is a spacious loft. The house overlooks a terrace of 60 square meters equipped with gas grill, umbrella, table, chairs, loungers.

The rooms are all very spacious and cozy. There are 2 bathrooms on the upper floor and 2 on the lower floor. The kitchen is large and spacious, equipped with 2 ovens and a microwave. Outside, on a patio, there is the possibility of a barbecue.
