Beautiful property and location. Host was wonderful and communicated frequently. place was very clean. loved the farm fresh eggs provided, the chickens and the pool!

Our stay was wonderful. We had 9 of us with 5 being my grand children and everyone had rooms and space to move around. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the home to anyone staying in the area.

Upon arrival, the beauty of the property was breathtaking. Its such a peaceful place and very relaxing. The home was exactly as it was stated on the website. Very clean and it has everything you need. I was very happy there. It was just what I needed. It was nice and cool when I walked in, which i was thankful for since it was a hot day. The view from the hot tub was amazing. I really enjoyed myself.

Daniel was an AMAZING host! VERY responsive to questions, concerns and helpful when resolving issues. The Verne property is simple, comfortable, refined, clean and well stocked as described. The bathroom is "dated", but clean and well maintained. The living room couch, sitting area and kitchenette suffice for 3-4 adults. Overall, great location for a University of Memphis family, neighborhood was safe and can tell home improvements are being made for many of the homes.
