Monthly Rentals in Collepepe

I stayed in this little house one night. What can I say, the owners are super friendly and always available for anything! The house is super clean, tidy and very cozy (which is not obvious). There's no shortage of comfort, I almost felt like I was at home. I find the location optimal, I was first in Perugia and the next day in Spoleto, both very close to Marsciano. I will definitely be back to continue visiting this beautiful region that is Umbria on weekends.

yuri was lovely, the place was beautiful and we had the best stay! definitely need a car to come here but lots of lovely places within a short drive away!

The apartment is very large, equipped and clean. Romina is a great hostess. Recommended.

Piero was a real gentleman and friendly host, very relaxed and friendly towards us. The surroundings are beautiful and he and his daughter gave us ideas about where to walk. The pool was immaculately, clean and available in early May. There are several places where you can sit out with tables to enjoy the view. our only criticism is that to get to the property. 1 has to access it by a very rough track and in the dark, particularly this is very difficult and you need a car with out a low sprung suspension. I would strongly advise coming in from the east, not from the northwest.The two bathrooms on opposite side of the building make it very useful for, say, two couples.
