Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. The presence of very sweet and sociable furry friends, who live in the large green space around the house, allows you to experience the purest love for life. Located 10 minutes from the historic center of Perugia, it is in a strategic position to reach the main tourist destinations of Umbria, such as Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
