We are also 7 minutes from the Pe Ovest-Ch highway exit and 15 minutes from the Chieti tollbooth (A24/25).

Brand new two-room apartment in a prestigious building with excellent finishes. The location is strategic, adjacent to the motorway junction, convenient for the airport (about 20 minutes by bus), it is 250 m from the center and 1000m from the sea where there are beach establishments. The apartment is finely furnished with kitchen and all comforts. There is a double bedroom and there is also the possibility of two more beds in the living room on a comfortable sofa. Da Zizì

Zizì's house is located in the heart of the village of Pretoro (CH), and consists of an entrance, kitchen/living room, two bedrooms (2 double beds) and a bathroom. The entire place has been recently renovated. Despite its central location in the pedestrian area, it has convenient access from the street with free parking 50 meters from the residence. It enjoys a beautiful panorama with sea views and its location is great for reaching the ski slopes of Passolanciano and Mammarosa in 15 minutes.

The Hunter's Shelter

Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. First floor consists of equipped kitchen and living room with a very comfortable sofa (if necessary, sofa bed, 2 seats). La Casetta nel Borgo

Welcome to my cottage in Casacanditella. This small but cozy house is an ideal place for a relaxing stay. With its strategic location, in just 20 minutes you can easily reach both the mountains (Majella massif) and the sea (Adriatic beaches, including the famous Trabocchi coast). Nearby, about 3.5 km away, you can visit a splendid Baronial Castle where you can taste the best wines of the area, (Castello di Semivicoli).

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Your room will be inside the Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. Upon request, there is the possibility to add breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our own production!
