It is a new property with a very lovely host. We received very clear instructions how to find it. Area was very quiet,just what you need. Many thanks to the host.

A magical stay! I wish I could have spent many more days here as I was so relaxed and didn’t want to leave! Quiet and in the center of it all. It was well appointed and decorated. While still feeling traditional to the space, it had modern flair. The bed and couch were both very comfortable and clean. I would stay again if I’m ever back! It’s good to note that there are a lot of stairs to the top and if you have heavy luggage, you are in for a workout!

The apartment is very well equipped and above all pleasantly cool when it is hot outside. The seat in front of the entrance offers a beautiful view over typical Tuscan landscape, you are surrounded by nature (lizards, deer, fireflies, many different birds…). Nevertheless, an excellent starting point for excursions. Everything was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the on-site care of Cathy and Fabio warm. Full recommendation from us!

This is actually better than the photos and the garden was lovely. I suggested Manny buy some comfortable chairs for the garden so it will be interesting to see if he follows my advice! This is a beautiful part of he world and there is so much to do and see nearby. Manny is a good host and will help you if you need it.

The apartment was very clean and had lots of amenities. It is on the second floor. It is on a pedestrian only street with several nearby restaurants, so was a bit noisy at night, but that was to be expected, due to the location. It is a few blocks from a supermarket. The available parking was nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very nice and comfortable. The host was helpful and flexible — he even kindly arranged for us to charge our electric car, which we really appreciated. The town is beautiful and full of history. Within a short walking distance, you’ll find everything you need — shops, restaurants, and other essential services. We definitely recommend staying here!

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

My wife and I had a great stay here! The property is so serene and we really enjoyed the pool. Would return in a heartbeat.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Communication with Gael was extremely easy. Although he was out of town, co-hosts Angelo and Alessandro were super cordial and attentive. We really felt at home. We would definitely come back a million times!!!

We spend here 4 nights with our dog and felt right at home. I love nature and I love to cook and the kitchen being small has everything and a window on the Tuscan landscape, Considering we were not lucky with the weather Antonio gave us a few great tips what to do and we had an amazing time! Exceptional apartment in one of Colle's most beautiful noble palaces. Interior felt spacious for a family of four with the kids on the sofa bed. Understated modernity with original terracotta tiles on floor. Handy location 2mn from public parking and strategic base for visiting the whole of Tuscany. Top end pastry shop two minutes away for whole range of Italy's sweet treats. Unbelievable value for now (Aug 24), but has only just come on Airbnb, so book now before price rises.

Such a wonderful, historic apartment!! We particularly appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony - simply stunning! The apartment was quiet, comfortable and pristinely clean… with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. San Gimignano is gorgeous but staying at Luca’s apartment made our experience unforgettable. AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

Monica’s place is exactly as described by the others. This place is a true gem! Another thing to note is that although there is no laundry in the unit there is a laundry mat across the street. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for the small town Tuscan adventure of their dreams!

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

It's hard to find the words to describe the experience of sleeping in this apartment. A 17th-century fresco adorns the walls and ceiling, making it feel like sleeping in a museum. I rented the apartment to surprise my wife, she was amazed! I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

This property is beautiful, clean, convenient, full of modern amenities, and within walking distance of everything a tourist wants to see in Florence. It is nearly perfect in every way. The view of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge is world class. One note: it advertises that it has a hot tub, but it does not.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
