the house is located in a great area, close to very nice beaches and the center of the village that offers various opportunities for the evening (restaurants, markets, shows). Wonderful sea view, both from the small courtyard to the entrance equipped for meals and from the terrace on the first floor. the house is not suitable for those who cannot take the stairs because it consists of five half floors, each floor a room (basement bathroom, living room with outdoor area, kitchen with outdoor area, bedroom and bathroom with outdoor area, second bedroom). The only defect is a slight smell of sewage from the underground bathroom...but it's nothing compared to the beauty of the place. Very flexible host, he allowed us to check in early and postpone check-out. We didn't meet him because the check-in is automatic, but he always responded promptly to requests. Highly recommended....I would go back!

We enjoyed our stay very much - especially the nice (and spacious!) terrace overlooking the sea, and the private and quiet area on top of the hill in which the apartment is located. Alex was very friendly, gave us some nice suggestions and assisted whenever we needed something :) The kitchen was well equipped and there was even a washing machine. The WiFi was not super reliable, unfortunately so it was difficult to do video calls for work sometimes. We would always love to come back!

We (two adults) were in Marina di Campo in September 2024, the cottage is part of the quiet complex "Colle Palombaia" and we felt very comfortable right away. The view from the terrace at the entrance and balcony is beautiful and offers a great view of the island of Monte Christo. The equipment of the apartment was as described and corresponded to the pictures in the advertisement. From our point of view, just right, with bright rooms, not overloaded and harmoniously furnished, we lacked nothing, only the bathroom could be a little more spacious, but that was no problem either. Antonia was very friendly and gave us some very good tips for Elba, which were also very helpful. The internet worked perfectly, also German TV /seeing news was possible. We really enjoyed the island with its beaches and mountains for hiking, including the accommodation and can give a clear recommendation. Antonia is a very pleasant host.

Tiziano and Deborah were splendid hosts, always available to give advice: top beaches and restaurants. To tell stories of the family and the island. To offer the products of their small farm and local producers. Deborah prepares an absolutely original breakfast, every morning she amazes you. A truly magical place, as soon as you get home you'll want to be back there.
