Great stay with an attentive host who was easy to communicate with every step of the process. The location is great and central to downtown Vicenza. The space was great and fit all of our needs when staying. Good vibes in this air bnb and highly recommend for those visiting the area.

Claudio place has everything that i need for my trip, most of the restaurants are 7 min walking from the apartment ، the train station 7 min walking from the apartments. I came here for a cycling trip and I found at least two bike shops around helps me a lot to get the routes. I really will repeat this trip and gonna book same place.

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Antonella qui est une hôtesse des plus charmante, prévenante et disponible. Le logement est vraiment très agréable, cosy, fonctionnel, très propre, parfait. Tout y est fait pour qu'on s'y sente comme dans un cocons. Un plus une surprise nous y attendait. Sono molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno da Marzia e Alessandro. Mi sono sentita a casa, l'accoglienza è stata ottima, la casa era pulita e ordinata. Ottima posizione. Marzia è una padrona di casa davvero eccezionale. Consigliatissimo.

un esperienza diversa in una villa antica immersa in uno splendido e curato parco. Ampi spazi e dettagli di pregio anche all interno. La posizione è perfetta per visitare i meravigliosi dintorni. Gianmaria e sua sorella ci hanno accolto con calore e professionalità e sono stati disponibili per ogni necessità. Bravi!

We absolutely loved our stay at this airbnb on our honeymoon! It was close enough to the train station and all the major sites, but quiet, peaceful and serene. We absolutely loved our little balcony and the massive windows overlooking the canal. All of the amenities were top notch, including lights, sound system, and heating/air control by an ipad. The two showers were like stepping into a spa shower. The kitchen amenities were modern and beautiful and we enjoyed our complimentary prosecco so much! Would absolutely stay here again. The hosts also helped to arrange water transport to the train station so we didn't have to pull our luggage up and down all the bridges. They also gave some great recommendations for food that we took advantage of during our visit.

We had a fabulous stay in Venice! The apartment is in an amazing location and we loved the terrace overlooking the canal! The space is perfect for 2 couples, with large bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Rita sent very detailed access instructions and organised water taxis for us which we really appreciated. Highly recommended 😊

Patrizia’s place was wonderful. It was a clean, well kept, good looking apartment in a great location. Perfect for a quick stay in Venice. We were given specific instructions on how best to reach the apartment depending on how we arrived in the city. We were met upon arrival and shown how to get inside the building. We also received local recommendations. Patrizia was proactive in planning and helped make our time in Venice fantastic.

Das Appartement im 4. Stock, über einige Treppen zu erreichen, besticht durch seine großartige Aussicht über den See. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist am Anfang recht schmal. Dies war für uns aber kein Problem, und Mario hatte ja auch darauf hingewiesen. Mario ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und war sehr flexibel hinsichtlich der Check-in-Zeiten. Da es in unserer Urlaubszeit sehr warm war, haben wir die moderne Klimaanlage sehr geschätzt.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso. È spazioso, molto bello e pratico. Mario ci ha accolti nonostante il nostro ritardo. Ha comunicato bene e in modo chiaro. Se dovessi tornare lì prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo questo appartamento.

Die Kurzversion: Man geht durch die Türe und fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Langversion: Das Apartment - sah in echt noch viel besser aus als auf den Fotos. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack ausgewählt. Der Ausblick "beim Zähneputzen" (und natürlich auch den ganzen Rest des Tages) ist imposant. Die Lage - man fühlt sich einerseits komplett "in der Natur", da der See direkt vor der Haustüre liegt und diesen sofort zum Spaziergehen oder Schwimmen erreicht. Auch der Blick aus Apartment, Garten oder von der Terrasse auf das grandiose Panorama des Sees ist unschlagbar. Gleichzeitig sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung Restaurants, bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ortsmitte von Limone mit Schiffsanlegestelle, Restaurants etc. ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen (nur ein kurzes Stück ist an der Straße). Die Gastgeber - Die Kategorie Superhost könnte nach oben erweitert werden. Herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit zu allen Fragen des Aufenthalts und darüber hinaus.

Il soggiorno ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative. Siamo stati benissimo. L’appartamento è di recentissima ristrutturazione, dotato di ogni servizio necessario e anche molto di più. Più di tutti però ci tengo a sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Manuel che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora migliore Torneremo sicuramente e consiglio a tutta questa struttura. Ottima esperienza

The House was really nice and clean. There is nothing negative to say. We used it primarily to sleep and to relax from a long day of work. Would stay here again anytime.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

Einzigartige Lage direkt am See. Die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und flexibel. Check in war bei uns nach Rücksprache auch etwas früher möglich. Toller Aufenthalt - wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, toll renoviert, groß und sauber. Die Betten waren super bequem, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten die schönsten Orte Rivas erreichen. Anna ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir dürften früher einchecken und haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions where you can experience the more quiet life in Venice and imagine yourself living there. One canal over are plenty of restaurants and views. Imagine living in a Disney movie. Another canal down and you have a grocery store in an old theater that’s SO beautiful. There are also more restaurants and shops are over there too. With about a 20-25 minute walk you can be on the other side of the island to see St. Marc’s and Doge. Google maps is your new bestie. I say will my mom (75), my son (12), and myself (38) felt very safe around Venice and never saw anything concerning happening. There are multiple ferry systems. We took one in from the airport that was beautiful and the ferry stop is not far from the apartment. We don’t have this where I am from, so think bus stops for boats. If you have experience with that kind of thing it’s a good way to get around.
