Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! There's an extra put you up single bed available if you need it. Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.

Here is our bright and modern double guest suite, accessed down a private path to your patio with table for two. A willow screen for privacy amongst our garden. A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.
