You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Apartment in the heart of the Col de Rousset resort, ideally located near the chairlift, you will find every comfort in a preserved space. The accommodation has been renovated very recently in a mountain style and has been labeled 2 ears by the tourist office. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with 2 bunk beds, plus 2 single beds and a sofa bed type BZ. The toilet is independent and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine.

Apartment located in a green setting

The property features a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In summer, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and garden furniture. If you come as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide guests with access to bicycles.
