It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Indeed, just 5 minutes from the city center by bike (on loan with basket and padlock), on the edge of the forest, the house is located in an exceptional natural environment, with unobstructed views of Die and its mountains! Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.

Charming 45 m2 cottage completely renovated, all comfort, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4-star rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little).

Studio entirely made by us, which is located on the ground floor of our house. It is completely independent and you will have your own entrance. In summer you will appreciate being able to enjoy the courtyard which is for your exclusive use. And in winter, you can hibernate at the foot of the stove!
