A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

Whether you come to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature or discover the region, this accommodation will offer you comfort and tranquility in an exceptional setting. The property features a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In summer, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and garden furniture. If you come as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide guests with access to bicycles.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
