Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Balcony adjoining the living room with small table for 2 people or more spacious outdoor space if needed. Located a 20-minute walk from the center of Saint-Jorioz, 30-minute walk from the beach or 10-minute bike ride (allow a little more on the way back because it climbs a little!). You can reach Annecy in 30 minutes by bike via the cycle path along the lake.

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

200 meters from Lake Annecy, ideal location to enjoy water activities or nearby beaches. 100 meters from the bike path, leave your car for a more natural mode of transport and visit the lakefront by bike, Annecy is only 16 km away (bikes lent for free). Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.

Charming Sunny Apartment in the Bauges Mountains

The accommodation was refurbished in 2021/2022, I live there occasionally because I am a first-aid patroller and make it available when I am not there. I'm 23 years old, it's my first acquisition and I put a lot of care into renovating it, I hope you will enjoy it fully. New, an internet box and TV have just been installed (09/19/22) in the accommodation.
